sshnas2l.dll introuvable...Résolu/Fermé

Question

Bonjour

Voilà, après plusieurs bugs/intrusions de mon ordinateur, j'ai décidé de tout virer (mes documents et tout le tralala [sans toucher au fichier window]), après cela, j'ai fait une analyse complète de mon ordinateur,, plusieurs virus ont été trouvés, dont 1 dans la fichier window : SSHNAS2l.dll (je crois que c'est ça), le fichier a été supprimé. Quand je démarre mon ordinateur :

Erreur de chargement sshnas2l.dll
La module spécifié est introuvable.

Une deuxième chose à part. Il se passe que de temps en temps : Run32.dll a cessé de fonctionner.

Mais tu es sur que c'est ce nom de l'autre (Sshnas2l.dll)

Non ca doit etre la dll d'une application ( pratiquement TOUTES les applications installent une dll dans le dossier windows ) mais comme vous avez tout viré c'est pas grave !

J'ai juste virer films, jeux, images, musiques, logiciels qui ne me servent plus etc etc, et comme je l'ai dis, je n'ai rien touché au dossier window.

Cela peut être aussi une dll d'un virus qui s'était tranquillement installe dans windows et qui s'est inscrit dans la base de registre ( les colonnes de windows ; tout est dessus, tout fait référence a ça [pour y aller win+r regedit])

Ah ouais, ça peut être une possibilité, parce que : quand je veux désinstaller quelque chose, je fais continuer etc etc, et il me dit qu'il faut une autorisation (je suis en session admin), et donc je peux pas désinstaller ni supprimer ...

Par contre pour la base de registre tout ce peut vous conseiller pour la nettoyer un peu sans risque, c'est tune up utilities 2010 en version d'essai ( vous avez 30 jours pour faire une maintenance, ca liberera de d'espace, défragmante les disques, nettoie la base de registes...)

C est une infection Renos .

• Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) (par random/random) sur ton Bureau. 
• Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer le programme. 
• Clique sur Continue à l'écran Disclaimer. 
• Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence. 
• Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront. Poste le contenu de log.txt (c'est celui qui apparaît à l'écran) ainsi que de info.txt (que tu verras dans la barre des tâches). 

Note : les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit.

Non c est pas dangeureux puisqu il fait partie de l infection .

Accompagné de msa.exe , msb.exe , a.dat , a.exe , b.exe , c.exe etc 

+ diverses clé de registre

• Télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM) sur ton Bureau. 
• Double-clique sur le fichier téléchargé pour lancer le processus d'installation. 
• Dans l'onglet Mise à jour, clique sur le bouton Recherche de mise à jour : si le pare-feu demande l'autorisation à MBAM de se connecter à Internet, accepte. 
• Une fois la mise à jour terminée, rends-toi dans l'onglet Recherche. 
• Sélectionne Exécuter un examen rapide. 
• Clique sur Rechercher. L'analyse démarre. 
• A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche : 

"L'examen s'est terminé normalement. Cliquez sur 'Afficher les résultats' pour afficher tous les objets trouvés."

• Clique sur OK pour poursuivre. Si MBAM n'a rien trouvé, il te le dira aussi. 
• Ferme tes navigateurs. 
• Si des malwares ont été détectés, clique sur Afficher les résultats. 
• Sélectionne tout (ou laisse coché) et clique sur Supprimer la sélection, MBAM va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre infectés et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine. 
• MBAM va ouvrir le Bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse. Copie-colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

• Colle (Ctrl+V) le texte précédemment copié dans le cadre Paste Instructions for Items to be Moved. 
• Clique maintenant sur le bouton MoveIt! puis ferme OTM. 

---> Si un fichier ou dossier ne peut pas être supprimé immédiatement, le logiciel te demandera de redémarrer. 
Accepte en cliquant sur YES.

Oui, tu as raison, faisant autrement, quand je lance (en admin), je copie ton texte, et quand je fais move it et que je quitte, il me met que OTM ne répond pas ..

Rend toi à ce fichier : C:\Program Files	rend micro\millot.exe .

->> c est Hijackthis renomé . Fais un clic droit dessus et choisi executer en tant qu administrateur .

Choisi ensuite "do a system scan only" 

dans la liste coches ces lignes :

• Télécharge ToolsCleaner2 sur ton Bureau. 
• Clique droit sur ToolsCleaner2.exe et choisis Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur. 
• Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan agir. 
• Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser. 
• Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options Facultatives. 
• Clique sur Quitter pour obtenir le rapport. 
• Poste le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur (C:\).

ça arrive sous vista 

C est pour supprimer les outils que je t ai fait utiliser .

Désinstal Ad remover et hijackthis et supprime ce dossier : C:\rsit 

supprime aussi C:\_OTM , OTM.exe et Toolcleaner.exe et on a fini .

Et, depuis, y'a un fichier qui s'est crée un peu partout : deskop.ini, et y'a certains dossiers dans C:\ : $recycle.Bin,AD-Remover, boot, System volume Information et des fichiers comme AD-Report cealn[1], bootsect.bak; config.sys autoexec.bac, IO.SYS etc etc, je les laisse ?

Supprime ce dossier : C:\Ad Remover le reste n y touche pas et fais ceci :

panneau de configuration > option des dossiers > onglet affichage 

décoche afficher les fichiers , dossiers et lecteurs caché et valide en cliqaunt sur appliquer .
