Comment ce débarrasser des pub internet???Résolu/Fermé

Question

Bonsoir,

Depuis ce matin j'ai des fenêtres "internet explorer" qui s'ouvre comme par magie, en affichant de la pub, (poker,jeu en ligne... et je commence a en avoir ras la casquette.

Je précise que j'utilise mozilla firefox par défault, j'ai donc désinstaller internet explorer, mais celui ci continu de me les casser avec ses pubs.

Est ce que quelqu'un peut m'aidez SVP.

télécharge GenProc http://www.genproc.com/GenProc.exe

double-clique sur GenProc.exe et poste le contenu du rapport qui s'ouvre

Commence par ceci stp:

Télécharges RSIT (de random/random) sur le bureau :

- Double clique sur RSIT.exe qui est sur le bureau
- Clique sur Continue dans la fenêtre
- RSIT téléchargera HijackThis si il n’est pas présent où détecté, alors il faudra accepter la licence
- Poste le contenu de log.txt plus info.txt (réduit ds la barre de taches) à la fin de l’analyse .

Les rapports sont dans le dossier ici C:\rsit

bonjour ,j'avais le ême pb l'an dernier, j'ai reussi a m'en débarasser car en fait c'est un pb d'infection du pc.
ci joint le lien qui m'a permis de m'en débarasser mais je crosi que la mieux est de faire appel a un specialiste

Bon, j'essai de suivre la procèdure décrite dans le bloc note affiché par GenProc, mais je n'arrive pas a trouver "MSNFIX.zip". Le lien fourni et mort.
Est ce vraiment important pour la suite de la manip?

# Etape 1/ Télécharge :
 
- CCleaner https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/download (FileHippo). Ce logiciel va permettre de supprimer tous les fichiers temporaires. Lance-le et clique sur "Options", "Avancé" et décoche la case "Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier Temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures". Par la suite, laisse-le avec ses réglages par défaut. Ferme le programme.

- MSNFix http://sosvirus.changelog.fr/MSNFix.zip (!aur3n7) et décompresse-le sur le Bureau.


 Redémarre en mode sans échec comme indiqué ici https://www.wekyo.com/demarrer-le-pc-en-mode-sans-echec-windows-7-et-8/  ; Choisis ta session courante *** Administrateur *** (pour retrouver le rapport, clique sur le raccourci "Rapport GenProc[2]" sur ton bureau).


# Etape 2/ 

Lance le fichier MSNFix.bat qui se trouve dans le dossier MSNfix, sur le Bureau. Exécute l'option R : si l'infection est détectée, exécute l'option N. Sauvegarde ce rapport sur ton bureau.

# Etape 3/ 

 Lance CCleaner : "Nettoyeur"/"lancer le nettoyage" et c'est tout.

# Etape 4/ 

 Redémarre normalement et poste, dans la même réponse : 

- Le contenu du rapport msnfix.txt situé dans D:\WINDOWS ; 
- Un nouveau rapport HijackThis http://forum.telecharger.01net.com/forum/high-tech/PRODUITS/Questions-techniques/hijackthis-version-install-sujet_199100_1.htm ;
- Un nouveau rapport GenProc ;

 Précise les difficultés que tu as eu (ce que tu n'as pas pu faire...) ainsi que l'évolution de la situation.

ensuite, Lance HijackThis > "Open the misc tool section" > "Delete a file on reboot"
-> dans la fenêtre qui s'ouvre, colle ce chemin :
D:\WINDOWS\system32\mswls.exe 
puis clique sur "Ouvrir"
Valide le message, l'ordinateur va redémarrer (sinon fais-le toi-même) 

et regarde si toujours pub

Voila que ca recommence a m'affiché des pubs sans arrète, alors que je ne rien télécharger du tout.

J'ai refait la manip d'hier, mais c'est toujour pareil

d'accord, on va pousser un peu plus loin car effectivement ce n'est pas normal que ça revienne sans cesse

1. Ouvre HijackThis, vas dans "Open the misc tool section" -> "Open uninstall manager" puis "Save list". Copie et colle le rapport généré ici 
2. Un nouveau rapport HijackThis comme les autres fois
3. Sur ton bureau exécute ce fichier http://www2.gmer.net/catchme.exe et poste le log qui sera créé au même endroit

Est ce possible que ce soit des fichier d'un jeu que tu met fai supprimé?

Car depui hier soir, j'ai un jeu (counter strike condition zéro) avec "Steam", qui me fait des messages d'erreur et quitte en pleine partie.

Sinon, C'est quoi un log? et tu veut que je le poste au meme endroi que quoi?

Télécharge combofix (sUBs) http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe sur ton Bureau
Double clique combofix.exe et suis les instructions.
Installe la console de récupération si proposé et continue.
Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

Crée un nouveau document texte : clic droit de souris sur le bureau > Nouveau > Document Texte, et copie dedans les lignes suivantes :

File::
d:\windows\msgda.exe 

Enregistre ce fichier sous le nom CFScript

[*]Fais un glisser/déposer de ce fichier CFScript sur le fichier ComboFix.exe comme sur la capture [img]http://apu.mabul.org/up/apu/2008/08/12/img-191202xzrpd.gif[/img]
[*]Une fenêtre bleue va apparaître : au message "Type 1 to continue, or 2 to abort", tape 1 puis valide.
[*]Patiente le temps du scan. Le bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises : c'est normal.
Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé.
[*]Une fois le scan achevé, un rapport va s'afficher : poste son contenu.
[*]Si le fichier ne s'ouvre pas, il se trouve ici > C:\ComboFix.txt

Salut, désolé, mais du coup j'ai fait plus simple et plus rapide, formaté et réinstaller Windows, en espèrant cette fois ci que ca ne revienne pas, sinon, bin, je reviendrai te voir pour recommencer les dernière manip.

Je te comprends, et je dirais même que c'est une sage décision. Non pas que le problème eût été insolvable, je mets ça plutot sur le compte de nos disponibilités respectives. Il est clair qu'au bout de trois jours, la comparaison en terme de gain de temps entre les deux méthodes est vite établie.
