Cheval de troie probleme clavierRésolu/Fermé

Question

Bonjour ,

 j'ai depuis quelques jours un cheval de troie que je n'arrive pas à supprimer. Je ne sais pas si il y a un rapport mais depuis, j'ai un probleme avec mon clavier, il n'y a aucunes touches ou presque qui ne correspondent au vraies touches. je suis sous vista et j'aimerais votre aide, merci d'avance !

bonjour, tu me diras ce que tu utilise comme antivirus car la tu as AVG et norton actif sur le pc ??
tu fais findykill option 1 et 2 tu postes les rapports et tu fais option 5 pour le désinstaller , tu passeras navilog option 1 tu posteras le rapport et puis tu passeras malwarebytes , merci

Utilisateurs de Vista /!\


 Désactivez le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs avant utilisation de cet outil: 

• Allez dans "Démarrer" puis Panneau de configuration. 
• Double Cliquez sur l'icône Comptes d'utilisateurs et sur "Activer ou désactiver le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs".  
• Décochez la case Utiliser le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs pour vous aider à protéger votre ordinateur. 
• Validez par OK et redémarrez .

 • Telecharge et install FindyKill http://sd-1.archive-host.com/membres/up/127028005715545653/FindyKill.exe 

(!) Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) suceptible d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir 


• Fais un clic droit sur le raccourci FindyKill présent sur ton bureau et choisis "éxécuter en tant qu'administrateur" . 

• Choisis l'option 1 ( Recherche ) 

• Laisse travailler l outil. 

• Ensuite post le rapport FindyKill.txt qui apparaitra. 

• Note : Le rapport FindyKill.txt est sauvegardé à la racine du disque. ( C:\FindyKill.txt ) 

( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller ) 

• Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool. 
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus. 
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

• choisi l'option 2 ( Suppression ) 

• Ton bureau disparaitra et le pc redémarrera . 

• Au redémarrage , FindyKill scannera ton pc , laisse travailler l outil. 

• Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra avec le bureau . 

• Note : Le rapport FindyKill.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque.( C:\FindyKill.txt ) 

( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )




#####################   Désinstallation  



• Fais un clic droit sur le raccourci FindyKill présent sur ton bureau et choisi "éxécuter en tant qu'administrateur" . 

• Choisis l'option 5 ( Désinstaller ) .... 
 

2)pour navilog

Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection): 

- Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration 
- Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs" 
- Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide. 

Télécharge maintenant Navilog1 depuis-ce lien : 

http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe 

Enregistrer la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau. 
Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation. 
Une fois l'installation terminée, Fais un Clic-droit sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur ton bureau et choisis "Exécuter 

en tant qu'administrateur". 

Au menu principal, Fais le choix 1 
Laisse toi guider et patiente. 
Patiente jusqu'au message : 
*** Analyse Termine le ..... *** 
Appuie sur une touche le blocnote va s'ouvrir. 
Copie-colle l'intégralité du rapport dans une réponse. 
Referme le blocnote 
Le rapport cleannavi.txt est en outre sauvegardé dans C:(cleannavi.txt)

3) pour malwarebytes

Telecharge malwarebytes

Tu l´instales; le programme va se mettre automatiquement a jour. 

Une fois a jour, le programme va se lancer; click sur l´onglet parametre, et coche la case : "Arreter internet explorer pendant la suppression". 

Click maintenant sur l´onglet recherche et coche la case : "executer un examen complet". 

Puis click sur "rechercher". 

Laisse le scanner le pc... 

Si des elements on ete trouvés > click sur supprimer la selection. 

si il t´es demandé de redemarrer > click sur "yes". 

A la fin un rapport va s´ouvrir; sauvegarde le de maniere a le retrouver en vu de le poster sur le forum. 

Copie et colle le rapport stp. 

ps : les rapport sont aussi rangé dans l onglet rapport/log

J'utilise avast comme antivirus mais on m'a dit d'essayer avg donc j'ai areté avast. Pour norton, la durée gratuite est expirée donc je crois qu'il ¨n'est pas en fonctionnement. Après toutes les démarches que j'ai faite, j'ai toujours ce foutu problème de clavier ( par exemple au lieu de faire un espace, ca me fait " i06 " et pleins d'autres galères de ce genre... Je suis obligé de passer par un mac pour écrire ( que je n'aurai plus dans 2 jours )

bonjour, pour ton clavier peux tu essayer avec un autre , sinon dans panneau de configuration sur clavier dans les réglages vois si cela n'aurrait pas été modifié .

Je vais essayer un nouveau clavier demain, parce que c'est fort possible que le problème ne vient que du clavier étant donné que j'ai déménagé il y a 5 jours, donc peut etre qu'il n'a pas supporté le trajet. En plus, je viens de voir qu'avec le clavier visuel de windows, cela fonctionne parfaitement. 

Je te tiens au courant par rapport au changement de clavier.

AdrienSizorn, d'accord avec toi mais si tu nous dis ou il est ce virus il pourra le supprimer manuellement mais perso sur les rapports j'ai pas identifié de virus spéciphique au clavier si il y en a un dis nous ou , merci pour lui et son pc !! lol !!!

Je viens de changer de clavier et le problème résolu, donc à priori c'était juste le clavier le problème. 
Après, j'ai supprimé tous mes antivirus ( norton , avg, avast ), j'ai réinstallé avast ensuite et au démarrage, il n'y a plus de message qui s'affiche comme quoi il y a un cheval de troie sur l'ordi. Donc, je pense qu'on l'a aussi supprimé... Merci beaucoup pour ton aide

perso j'aurais pas remis avast il y a plus performant dans les gratuits en français aussi !!
