J'avais déjà lu ces docs, oui, mais j'ai un peu de mal à comprendre :s
Donc, je dois bien modifier /boot/grub/menu.lst mais comment savoir le nom correspondant au disque ? j'ai ouvert device.map, où il y a seulement indiqué "(hd0) /dev/sda"
j'ai regardé dans gparted, et mon disque /dev/sda correspond à mon disque contenant windows xp ? c'est bien ca alors ?

c'est malheuresement plus compliqué que ça
c'est selon comment tes disques dur sont branché
avec grub
hd0 sera le premier disque dur
hd1 sera le second disque dur
hd2 sera le 3eme disque dur
hd0,0 sera la premiere partition du premier disque dur
hd1,2 sera la 3ème partition du deuxieme disque dur
gparted c'est un peu different
c'est sda au lieu de hda
sda sera le premier disque dur
sdb sera le second disque dur
sdc sera le 3eme disque dur
sda1 sera la premiere partition du premier disque dur
sdb3 sera la 3eme partition du second disque dur
j'espere pas trop t'embrouiller

le plus sur est de demonter ton pc san demonter les DD (D disque D dur)
je supose que des dd sont en sata
donc regarde le modele du dd et regarde sur lequel port il est branché sata1 ou sata2 par exemple
sinon autre solution tu di que tu as windows sur un dd et linux sur l'autre
donc poste le fichier menu.lst sur ccm (il se trouve dans /boot/grub/menu.lst)
je t'expliquerais ce fichier comment il fonctionne
et on en deduira comment ajouter windows dans ce fichier

il te faut ajouter dans ce fichier :
title Windaube
root (hd0,0)
makeactive
chainloader +1
hd0 car c'est ton premier disque dur
0 car c'est la première partition
si il ça ne focntionne pas
tu met
hd0,1 au lieu de hd0,0
