Antivirus xp 2008

Bonjour, j'ai un problème avec un méchant virus appelé antivirus xp 2008, apparemment je ne suis pas le seul à l'avoir rencontré. IL s'est immiscer dans mon ordinateur et il est très difficile de sans débarrasser ! Sur les conseils d'internautes plus aiguisés que moi en informatique j'ai utilisé la méthode HIJACKTHIS ! et ai obtenu le rapport suivant!
Quelqu'un pourrait-il me venir en aide pour analyser ce rapport ! et me conseiller sur la démarche à suivre. Bien à vous Merci !
