Virus introuvable

Bonjour,
suite a une alerte de avast jai voulu mettre en quarantaine et supprimer un virus troyabn mais avst ma mis un message d'erreur et par la suite avast ne fonctioner plus jai donc pris un autre antivirus (avira antivir ) qui a emis 6 alerte mais le virus et toujours introuvable et impossible a supprimer et depuis mon pc rame enormement je met pluys de 24h juste pour pouvoir telecharger un antivirus a partir du net ; je ne sus pas experte en informatique dirais -je mm tres novice
je suis sous vista edition familliale

pourriez vous m'aidez svp
