vista est en avance sur les ordis vendus sur le marché il a besoin de 2 a 4 go de memoire vive pour s exprimer comme il faut donc xp est toujours le plus utilisé voila IL est L E N T

Bonjour,
C'est un tt nouveau ordinateur jamais utilisé, construit à ma demande chez Dell avec Vista dessus.
Normalement assez d'espace dispo!

bonjour, svp j ai bcp de souci avec vista , par exemple des que je mets une video ca bloc apres klk minute ya un decalage au debut entre le son et limage la video passe tres lentement mais le son normalement , ensuite ca se plante , et ensuite c est tt le systeme ki se plante jai un precision m4300 tres puissant comme pc avec 3go de ram , donc je vois pas pkoi ca fonctionne pas sachant aussi ke j ai installe tt les codecs necessaires, jai fini par conclure que c est du a vista
svp si klk a une solucion apart un formatage proposez la moi

ouvre toi un sujet bien a toi

explique ton probleme

et met un rapport hijackthis

avant fais ça

désinstal java car il n est pas a jours (faille des sécurité) et telacherge et instal cette cersion :

puis si c est le version gratuite désinstal adobe reader acrobat car il n est pas a jours (faille de sécurité)
et telecharge et instal cette version :

https://get2.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/

ensuite refais ton scan hijackthis et poste ce nouvaeu rapport dans ton sujet

ca peut etre du a une version de pilote (video ?) obsolete , je te conseille de mettre a jour tes drivers :

Vista web café / section drivers : www.microsoft.com/france/windows/products/windowsvista/buyorupgrade/webcafe/logiciel.mspx

www.touslesdrivers.com : ils ont un bon detecteur matériel (plugin Internet explorer/ firefox ) qui peut te trouver les mises a jour adéquates pour vista.

www.radarsync.com : un complément de sources (anglais)

daccord c est parti

reste sur ton pc le temps du nettoyage stp

ferme hijackthis

puis fais un clic droit sur hijackthis
chosi executer en tant qu administrateur

fais scan only puis coches ces lignes :

une fois coché clic sur fix checked

ensuite va dans panneau de configuration

affchage classique
programmes et fonctionnalité

et désinstal java car il n est pas a jours (faille de sécurité) et telecharge et instal cette version :

enusite nous allons arreter un service ;

Démarrer > executer > ' services.msc ' ,

- Clic droit sur le service cité - stllssv
- propriétés
- et dans "type de démarrage" et mets le sur « désactivé ».
- Ensuite si le "Status du service" est sur "Démarré" faire : « arrêté »

2) Supprime le dossier :

Va dans "C:\program files\fichier Common Files\" trouve & supprime le dossier " SureThing Shared

ensuite fais ça :

Fais un scan avec cet antispyware :

Telecharge malwarebytes + tutoriel :

Tu l´instale; le programme va se mettre automatiquement a jour.

Une fois a jour, le programme va se lancer; click sur l´onglet parametre, et coche la case : "Arreter internet explorer pendant la suppression".

Click maintenant sur l´onglet recherche et coche la case : "executer un examun complet".

Puis click sur "rechercher".

Laisse le scanner le pc...

Si des elements on ete trouvés > click sur supprimer la selection.

si il t´es demandé de redemarrer > click sur "yes".

A la fin un rapport va s´ouvrir; sauvegarde le de maniere a le retrouver en vu de le poster sur le forum.

Copie et colle le rapport stp.

va dans ordinateur
ensuiet dans disque c
dans progarmmes
dans common file
et cherche ce dossier : SureThingShared"

et supprime le

va dans l onglet quarantaine
supprime tout

ensuite fais ça :

Télécharge Clean:

-> http://www.malekal.com/download/clean.zip

-> Dézippe tout le contenu dans un dossier que tu auras cré au préalable (sur ton bureau par exemple). Double clic sur clean ou clean.cmd choisie l'option 1.

Un rapport va s'ouvrir, copie et colle le contenu sur le forum.

J'ai encore chercher ce rapport mais en vain...
Je te remercie beaucoup pour la patience mais je vais eitendre l'ordinateur, si jamais tu a la patience demain je vais continuer à chercher ce rapport et le coller sur le forum.
Je pense que pour l'instant l'ordinateur ne risque rien?
