Problème virus, merci d'avance...!!

Bonjour et bonne année 2008 à tous,
Je suis tout nouveau sur le forum (et surtout un peu novice en informatique, je me débrouille....).
Voilà depuis ce matin j'ai un message sur mon bureau qui dit:

You're computer is in Danger!
Je crois que c'est un "virus" qui s'appelle>> "Downloader"...!!!
Donc j'ai suivi une procédure trouver sur votre forum et je mets ci-dessous le rapport d'analyse...!!
Si quelqu'un peut m'aider, je le remercie beaucoup d'avance...
