Bonjour, J'ai deux ordinateurs infectés et je ne sais pas quoi faire : les antivirus en ligne dits "gratuits" sont en réalité payants dès que survient un problème. Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider S.V.P. ?

Bonsoir,

Sur le pc que tu utilises le plus, fais ceci stp:

Télécharge RSIT (de random/random) sur le bureau :

http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe

- Double clique sur RSIT.exe qui est sur le bureau
- Clique sur "Continue" dans la fenêtre
- RSIT téléchargera HijackThis si il n’est pas présent où détecté, alors il faudra accepter la licence
- Poste le contenu de log.txt plus info.txt (réduit ds la barre de taches) à la fin de l’analyse .

Les rapports sont dans le dossier ici C:\rsit

1) Désactives l'UAC de Win 7:

---> Copie (Ctrl+C) le texte suivant en gras ci-dessous :

Fais maintenant un scan avec cet antispyware :
Malwarebytes + tutoriel

Tu l´installes; mets le a jour...(onglet mise a jour)
Click maintenant sur l´onglet recherche et coche la case :

Puis click sur "rechercher".
Laisses le scanner le pc...
Si des elements on ete trouvés :
> click sur supprimer la selection.
si il t´es demandé de redemarrer > click sur "oui".
A la fin un rapport va s´ouvrir; sauvegarde le de maniere a le retrouver en vue de le poster sur le forum.
Copies et colles le rapport stp.

Le PC de bureau (celui dont nous avons parlé) se comporte normalement.

Par contre, mon Notebook me paraît bien lent et il y a déjà eu plusieurs alertes d'Avast. Si tu le veux bien nous en parlerons demain.

A vrai dire, je ne connais pas bien cet OS...
C'est un peu nouveau pour moi !
je n'ai pas encore vu de demande de désinfection de notebook....

Par contre, mon Notebook me paraît bien lent et il y a déjà eu plusieurs alertes d'Avast.

Quel type(s) d'alertes stp ?

Le notebook en question fonctionne sous Windows 7 Starter. Les alertes ont été produites par Avast, mais le plus curieux c'est qu'en faisant un scan complet il ne m' a rien signalé...
