Ton xorg.conf est nickel, regardes dans les réglages de kDE :
configuration KDE/ périphérique/ clavier
et vérifie qu'il n'y ai pas une option de vitesse activée sur la répétition des touches !
si tu ne vois rien, lances dans un terminal:

drakkeyboard, et essai de voir si tu ne peux pas trouver la config pour ton modèle !
