Bonjour,
Poste Alcatel F330 Voice.
Lors d'une communication, après avoir décroché, mon interlocuteur m'entend très bien mais moi je n'ai aucun son en retour!
Pouvez vous m'aider?

Bonjour,
Le volume de l"écouteur est réglé normalement ?

Ce téléphone est connecté à une box ?
Si oui, réinitialisez la box en coupant son alimentation électrique pendant une minute.
