je ne peux  plus  selectionner une image d'arriere plan suite a un  probleme  a un spyshredder. pouvez vous m'aider SVP  mvd974

Télécharge HijackThis ici:

Dézippe le dans un dossier prévu à cet effet.
Par exemple C:\hijackthis < Enregistre le bien dans c : !

Lance le puis:
clique sur "do a system scan and save logfile" (cf démo)
faire un copier coller du log entier sur le forum

Tu vas télécharger SmitFraudFix : 
http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.exe 

Suis ces procédures: 

Double-clique sur smitfraudfix.exe 
Sélectionne 1 (MAIS SURTOUT PAS LE 2 JE TE DIRAIS QUAND TU POURRA LE FAIRE ) puis appuie "entrer" ensuite un rapport sera généré dans ce chemin : 

C:\rapport.txt 

Puis tu le colle dans ton prochain post

Remarque: 

Process.exe est detecté par certains antivirus. 
Ce n'est pas un virus, mais il peut arreter des logiciel de securité avec certaine manipulation. 
C'est pour cela qu'il est detecté par les antivirus.

Tu as un tout ptit truc ;).

Ouvre Hijackthis et clique sur "Do a system scan only" et coche cette ligne :

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Alcmtr] ALCMTR.EXE

Ensuite quand tu as coché cette ligne, clique sur "Fix Checked".

Concernant SmitFraudFix, il rest bel et bien quelque chose ;)

Redémarre en mode sans échec tuto :

Puis execute SmitFraudFix.exe et choisi l'option 2.
Redémarre normalement et poste le log + un nouveau log Hijackthis.

Télécharge AVG Anti-Spyware: 


https://www.avg.com/en-ww/free-antivirus-download 


Tu l'installes. 
Lance AVG Anti-Spyware et clique sur le bouton Mise à jour. Patiente 

Lance AVG Anti-Spyware 
Clique sur le bouton Analyse (de la barre d'outils) 
Puis sur l'onglets Comment réagir, clique sur Actions recommandées. Sélectionne Quarantaine. 
Reviens à l'onglet Analyse. Clique sur Analyse complète du système. 
A la fin du scan, choisis l'option " Appliquer toutes les actions " en bas. 
PENSE BIEN A TOUT SUPPRIMER !!
Clique sur "Enregistrer le rapport". Ceci génère un rapport en fichier texte qui se trouve dans le dossier Reports du dossier d'AVG Anti-Spyware. 

poste le rapport AVG!
