Impossible de supprimer Spyhunter 4 malgré son désintallation

Bonjour à tous,

J'ai télécharger spyhunter 4 croyant pouvoir m en servir pour désinstaller un logiciel. Malheureusement je n'ai pas eu le réflexe de vérifier sur internet ce qu'était spyhunter 4 avant son installation. Avec CCleaner je l'ai désinstallé mais chaque fois que je relance mon pc il me lance spyhunter pour faire un scan, j ai également vu que dans C:\Program Files\Enigma Software Group, il était tjrs existant. Avant de faire davantage de bêtises, je ne touche plus rien parcontre dans les forums il y aurait un programme OTL qui serait efficace mais je ne suis pas une experte en informatique, j aurai besoin qu'une personne m' explique pas à pas comment faire, je vous remercie d'avance....

Cela va générer deux rapports FRST.
Envoie comme expliqué, ces deux rapports sur le site http://pjjoint.malekal.com et donne les trois liens pjjoint de ces rapports afin qu'ils puissent être consultés.

Voici la correction à effectuer avec FRST.

Ouvre le bloc-notes : Touche Windows + R, dans le champs executer, tape notepad et OK.
Copie/colle dedans ce qui suit :

Une fois, le texte coller dans le bloc-note.
Menu Fichier puis Enregistrer sous.
A gauche, place toi sur le bureau.
Dans le champs en bas, nom du fichier mets : fixlist.txt
Clic sur Enregistrer - cela va créer un fichier fixlist.txt sur le bureau.

Relance FRST et clic sur le bouton Fix
Selon comment un redémarrage est nécessaire (pas obligatoire).
Un fichier texte apparaît, copie/colle le contenu ici dans un nouveau message.

Redémarre l'ordinateur



Télécharge Combofix sUBs sur ton bureau : http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe et sauvegarde le sur ton bureau et pas ailleurs!

DESACTIVE LA PROTECTION ANTIVIR DURANT LA PROCEDURE

Crée un nouveau document texte : clic droit de souris sur le bureau > Nouveau > Document Texte, et copie dedans les lignes suivantes :

Enregistre ce fichier sous le nom CFScript

[*]Fait un glisser/déposer de ce fichier CFScript sur le fichier ComboFix.exe

[*]Combofix se lance, laisse toi guider..

[*]Patiente le temps du scan. Le bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises: c'est normal!
Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé.
[*]Une fois le scan achevé, un rapport va s'afficher: poste son contenu sur http://pjjoint.malekal.com/ et donne le lien ici dans un nouveau message.

Super génial il a disparu sauf quelques raccourcies mais sans trouver le fichier correspondant aux raccourcies. Donc je suis ravie et je te remercie énormément, j aurai été incapable de faire tout ça seule. Merci beaucoup pour m'avoir aidé à moi et à tant d'autres....

Fais des scans réguliers avec, il est efficace.
