Bonjour,
Mon Pc a un problème, lorsque je l'allume et que je lance ma session habituelle au bout d'une petite minute apparaît une fenêtre avec une liste de lien de téléchargement et il est écrit de choisir un téléchargement pour pouvoir continuer, c'est amené avec une petite menace bien sournoise et c'est impossible a fermer, de plus ça bloque tout le reste .
ça me demande un "unlock code" pour pouvoir continuer mais je n'ai pas envie de payer; je précise que cette fenêtre apparaît même quand je ne suis pas connecté a internet !!
svp aidez moi !

Faire un scan OTL pour diagnostiquer les programmes qui tournent et déceler des infections :

Tu peux suivre les indications de cette page pour t'aider : https://www.malekal.com/tutorial-otl/

* Télécharge http://www.geekstogo.com/forum/files/file/398-otl-oldtimers-list-it/ sur ton bureau.
(Sous Vista/Win7, il faut cliquer droit sur OTL et choisir Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur)

Dans le cas d'Avast!, ne pas lancer le programme dans la Sandbox (voir lien d'aide ci-dessus).

* Lance OTL
* En haut à droite de Analyse rapide, coche "tous les utilisateurs"
* Sur OTL, sous Personnalisation, copie-colle le script ci-dessous :

Sans surprise, ton PC c'est RatLand.
En mm temps, t'as pas l'air d'avoir d'antivirus...

Relance OTL.
o sous Persfonnalisation (Custom Scan), copie_colle le contenu du cadre ci dessous (bien prendre :OTL en début).
Clic Correction (Fix), un rapport apparraitra, copie/colle le contenu ici:

par contre je n'arrive pas a compresser le dossier C:\OTL, il semble que l'accès a certain fichiers soit refusé donc je réessaierai ce soir a partir de ma session admin, celle ou apparaissait le survey et je verrais en même temps si ce problème est réglé.

Tu as un antivirus ?
Si oui c'est peut-être lui qui bloque.

Mon antivirus est microsoft security mais je compte en acheter un plus performant prochainement.
En tout cas le probleme semble régler, la fenetre ne s'affiche plus et je peux de nouveau utiliser mon ordi comme avant !
Merci Infiniment ! grace a ton aide le probleme s'est réglé tres facilement !

pour le fichier OTL l'acces est toujours refusé meme si je suis censé etre sur la session admin ...

Tu devrais faire ça :

Télécharge et installe Malwarebyte : https://www.malekal.com/tutoriel-malwarebyte-anti-malware/
Mets le à jour, fais un scan rapide, supprime tout et poste le rapport ici.
!!! Malwarebyte doit être à jour avant de faire le scan !!!
Supprime bien ce qui est détecté : bouton supprimer sélection.
