Probleme virus Trojan

Bonsoir,

Voila j'ai deux petits problèmes que je n'arrive pas à solutionner:

Le premier, j'ai à chaque démarrage le fichier 3.tmp qui se lance et il me demande le programme approprié pour l'ouvrir?
que doit je faire?


Mon deuxième problème, j'ai une page de pub qui s'affiche en permanence alors j'ai utilisé CCleaner et Ad-ware, aucun résultat
Quelqu'un pourrait me conseiller?
