Désactive tea timer de spybot (tu peux désinstaller si tu l'as) et aussi désactive certains antivirus ou antispywares qui protègent les dossiers système.
Il faut parfois désinstaller complètement puis réinstaller le programme antivirus après l'installation des correctifs importants de windows.
Je suppose que tu as xp. moi aussi. Le sp3 apparait bien dans mon ajout/supprimer programme. Il vient de CCM essaie de l'installer manuellement.

Bien sur redémarrage pc après chaque installation, et défragmente le disque dur à la fin.

J'ai fait des recherches hier soir sur ton problème. Après lecture des remontées d'utilisateurs sur le site anglais de Microsoft et en particulier des journaux envoyés par eux, on comprend que l'impossibilité d'effectuer la MAJ KB2468871 est dûe à l'absence d'une DLL, nécessaire à l'installation de cette MAJ. Voilà pour la partie dont je suis sûre, ensuite résoudre le problème de cette DLL manquante est autre chose, il faut la copier et l'installer dans le registre mais elle n'est pas disponible parmi la liste des dlls pouvant être téléchargées sur le site Microsoft. Je continue de chercher.
En tous cas, tu es loin d'être le seul dans ce cas. Il s'avérerait qu'il y a eu plusieurs moûtures de cette mise à jour , la première qui ne fonctionnait pas, puis un package v1 avec un correctif et un autre package v2 avec encore un correctif pour réparer ce problème qui visiblement continue. Il semblerait que certains chargent plus facilement l'une ou l'autre version. Ci-dessous le package v2 qui contient un correctif au correctif ! (à télécharger directement sur le site de Microsoft).

- Pour appliquer cette mise à jour, il faut bien entendu avoir le.NET Framework 4 ou le.NET Framework 4 profil Client installé.

Je ne t'oublie pas mais j'ai beaucoup de travail. Après inspection du log, il faut :
1) Réparer les problèmes d'altération d'inscriptions de mises à jour du logiciel MSI Pour les résoudre automatiquement, utilise l'utilitaire de Microsoft de résolution de problèmes, Fix it .
Clique sur Exécuter dans la boîte de dialogue,
puis sur Téléchargement de fichiers,
ensuite suis la procédure indiquée par l'Assistant de Résolution.
Si tu n'as pas déjà cet utilitaire installé sur ton pc, tu peux le télécharger et aussi avoir des renseignements pour l'utiliser ici : http://support.microsoft.com/mats/Program_Install_and_Uninstall/
(Remarque Cet Assistant peut exister en anglais uniquement)
2)As-tu fais la mise à jour "Windows Installer" comme je te l'avais demandé ?
Pour connaitre la version installée sur ton pc, fais exécuter (logo windows + R),
tapes cmd dans la fenêtre,
puis dans la fenêtre noire de l'invite de commande, tapes msiexec
La 1ère ligne te donne la version de "Windows Installer" fonctionnant sur ton pc.
La dernière verson est : windows installer 4,5 que tu peux télécharger ici :

C'est le dernier pack qu'il faut télécharger : WindowsXP-KB942288-v3-x86.exe

Si ça ne fonctionne pas , passe à l'étape suivante.
3)Réparer Framework 4 : On va essayer d'abord de la réparer car la désinstaller peut endommager les autres.
Pour Windows xp : :
- Ferme toutes les applications en cours d'exécution.
- Clique sur Démarrer, sur Panneau de configuration, puis sur Ajouter ou supprimer des programmes.
- Clique sur Microsoft.NET Framework 4 Client Profile dans la liste des programmes puis sur Modifier.
- Sélectionne "Réparer .NET Framework 4 Client Profile en le restaurant à son état d'origine", puis clique sur Suivant.
- Patiente pendant l'installation de la réparation, puis clique sur Terminer.
- Clique sur Redémarrer maintenant.
- Va sur windows update et fais les mises à jour. Dis-moi ce qu'il en est et reposte le log que ça fonctionne ou pas. Bon courage.
