Pilotes laptop de marque "HASEE"

Bonjour,

J'ai un pc portable de marque "hasee Q1400" . Un ami m'a formaté le C:\ sans prendre soin de noter les pilotes
dans panneau de configuration/Ajout et suppression de programmes (erreur d'inattention) ! Maintenant , si je veux naviguer sur le net en connectant un cable réseau à mon laptop, je n'y arrive pas!
Quelqu'un me parle de pilote réseau !
Une autre personne m'a dit dans le gestionnaire de priphérique ! Quand j'y suis allé, je vois des points d'interrogation jaunes devant:

-Autres périphériques
Contrôleur Ethernet
Contrôleur vidéos (compatible VGA)

De plus je n'ai plus de son sur mon laptop (à cause du pilote absent, j'espère ! )

Je n'ai aucune idée !
