Probleme avec spybot

Bonjour,
j'ai installé spybot,et depuis je suis vraiment embêté.j'ai fais une première analyse ou il à trouver 139 problèmes.apres il me demande si je veux changer le registre!!! pour chaque problèmes.que dois je fais???
De plus à chaque démarrage,il scanne tout ce qui prend beaucoup de temps.une fois démarré,il y a plein de fenetres noir (DOS) win 32 qui s'affiche et spybot me redemande à chaque fois de changer le registre de certain fichier.je ne comprend rien!!!
aidez moi s'il vous plait.

que faudra t il après.car ma connexion internet chez moi ne marche pas bien du tout.
qu'elle logiciel faut il à part Hijack.
comme ca je les télécharge ici et les ramene chez moi.

Sans connexion internet ça va être très dur de pouvoir t'aider...

Tu peux toujours prendre SmitfraudFix, le mettre sur une clé USB et l'installer sur ton bureau mais c'est sans certitude que cela marchera :

▶ télécharge smitfraudfix et enregistre le sur le bureau

▶ Ensuite double clique sur smitfraudfix puis exécuter

▶ Sélectionner 1 pour créer un rapport des fichiers responsables de l'infection.

(attention : N utilises pas l option 2 si je ne te l ai pas demandé !!)

▶ copier/coller le rapport dans la réponse.

(Attention : "process.exe", un composant de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus comme étant un "RiskTool".
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus. Mis entre de mauvaises mains,
cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité.)

▶ Télécharge malwarebyte's anti-malware

▶ Un tutoriel sera à ta disposition pour l'installer et l'utiliser correctement.

▶ Fais la mise à jour du logiciel (elle se fait normalement à l'installation)

▶ Lance une analyse complète en cliquant sur "Exécuter un examen complet"

▶ Sélectionnes les disques que tu veux analyser et cliques sur "Lancer l'examen"

▶ L'analyse peut durer un bon moment.....

▶ Une fois l'analyse terminée, cliques sur "OK" puis sur "Afficher les résultats"

▶ Vérifies que tout est bien coché et cliques sur "Supprimer la sélection" => et ensuite sur "OK"

▶ Un rapport va s'ouvrir dans le bloc note... Fais un copié/collé du rapport dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum


* Il se pourrait que certains fichiers devront être supprimés au redémarrage du PC... Faites le en cliquant sur "oui" à la question posée

Ok... Vas vider la quarantaine de malwarebytes.

Je vois que tu as déjà fait Mardi AD-Remover... Pourrais-tu refaire une recherche avec AD-Remover stp ??

Fais une analyse complète avec ton antivirus Antivir.

Configure le pour qu'il fasse une recherche de rootkits.

Tu peux vider la quarantaine d'Antivir et ensuite faire ceci :

▶ Télécharge Rooter (créé par l'équipe IDN) sur ton bureau.

▶ /!\ Déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes les applications en cours /!\

▶ Exécute Rooter et laisse le travailler jusqu'à l'apparition du rapport dans le bloc note

▶ Ensuite poste le rapport dans ta prochaine réponse

juste une petite indication :

Télécharge ATF Cleaner par Atribune:
http://www.atribune.org/ccount/click.php?id=1
Double-clique ATF-Cleaner.exe afin de lancer le programme.
Sous l'onglet Main, choisis : Select All
Clique sur le bouton Empty Selected
Si tu utilises le navigateur Firefox :
Clique Firefox au haut et choisis : Select All
Clique le bouton Empty Selected
NOTE : Si tu veux conserver tes mots de passe sauvegardés, clique No à l'invite.
Si tu utilises le navigateur Opera :
Clique Opera au haut et choisis : Select All
Clique le bouton Empty Selected
NOTE : Si tu veux conserver tes mots de passe sauvegardés, clique No à l'invite.
Clique Exit, du menu prinicipal, afin de fermer le programme.
Pour obtenir du Support technique, double-clique l'adresse

ensuite refais un scan antivir

les cracks ne sont pas presents dans le pc ce sont des cracks utilisés qui sont restés en memoire dans les fichiers temporaires d'ou l'importance de nettoyer ceux-ci

Je lui disais juste que ce n'était pas les fichiers temporaires mais un dossier sur ton bureau...

▶ Télécharger SDFix (créé par AndyManchesta) et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.

▶ Double cliquer sur SDFix.exe et choisir Install pour l'extraire dans un dossier dédié sur ton disque C:.

/!\ Démarre en mode sans échec : après le bip et avant le logo windows tapoter sur la touche F8 (ou F5): menu M.S.E..

▶ Choisir son compte, pas celui de l'Administrateur ou autre.

Dérouler la liste des instructions ci-dessous :

• Ouvrir le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur RunThis.bat pour lancer le script.
• Appuyer sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage.
• Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer.
• Appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.
• Le système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.
• Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished.
• Appuyer sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du script et charger les icônes du Bureau.
• Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt.
• Enfin, copier/coller le contenu du fichier Report.txt dans la prochaine réponse sur le forum

et ensuite refais un nouveau rapport hijackthis stp

bureau c est plutot C:\docs and settings\ton nom\bureau chez moi
