Bonjour,
Oui, les fichiers en quarantaine tu peux les éliminer.
Par contre, l'anti-virus Avast semble dépassé actuellement et peux poser pas mal de problèmes (fausses alertes, blocages, etc)
Installes un autre antivirus, mais désinstalles d'abord Avast, car jamais 2 antivirus sur un ordi.
Dans les gratuits tu as Antivir qui semble un des plus efficaces en ce moment.

Sinon, c'est toujours mieux d'avoir un bon logiciel sécuritaire acheté, commeça on n'a pas de surprise.
Il y a Kaspersky qui sort ces jours-ci sa nouvelle mouture 2009, vraiment très intéressante.

Je conseille de renomer Hijackthis, pour contrer une éventuelle infection de Vundo.
ex:Renomme le fichier HijackThis.exe en eden.exe pour cela, fais un clic droit sur le fichier HijackThis.exe et choisis renommer dans la liste
Ensuite avec Explorer créer un dossier c:\hijackthis
Décompresser Hijackthis dans ce dossier.
C'est important pour les sauvegardes."

Merci de te pencher si vite sur mon problème et désolée pour mes longs délais de réponse (très faible disponibilité hélas ces derniers jours...).
Je vais suivre tes conseils (ou du moins essayer ! :-)) ) dès que possible cette semaine(Je récupère mon fils ce soir avec son ordi après quelques jours passés chez son père).

Je pensais qu'avast était un des meilleurs antivirus gratuits...
Il y a encore 1 an, Avast figurait parmi les meilleurs antivirus gratuit (je l'avais aussi durant 2 ans), malheureusement ce n'est plus le cas depuis un moment déjà. Faut savoir que tout évolue constamment en Informatique.
Comment peut-on évaluer l'efficacité d'un antivirus ?
lorsque l'on constate des anomalies, telles que tu rencontres... et en s'informant et en consultant les nombreux tests effectués par des spécialistes sur ce Site, entre autre. Sur tous les Forum on trouve des messages à propos d'Avast depuis 8 mois.
Peut-être qu'un scan en ligne pour plus de sécurité serait indiqué ?
Du moment où tu as de bons logiciels sécuritaires et que ton ordi fonctionne correctement, il n'y a aucune raison de faire des scans en ligne. Par contre, vu que tu avais Avast qui est devenu une passoire, je te conseille effectivement de faire un scan complet en mode "sans échec" (antivirus, antispyware, CCleaner) mais en utilisant un meilleur antivirus.
En ce qui concerne ton problème cité, rien ne dit que tu est réellement infecté gravement, il semble plutôt que ça soit Avast qui se bloque en lançant de fausses alertes comme cela se produit depuis longtemps.
A mon avis, le plus urgent est de remplacer Avast par Antivir, par exemple, pour voir ce qui reste comme problème.

Ca y est, j'ai migré de avast à antivir. J'ai lancé un scan antivir en mode sans échec. RAS. :-))) Ouf!
Dois-je malgré tout faire un hijackthis ???
Je relancerai en suivant spybot et avg antispyware.

Quelle nouille, je viens de réaliser que j'ai oublié de renommer Hijakthis.exe! Je manque vraiment de sommeil :-(
J'espère que ma bourde sera sans conséquence. Même pas fichue de suivre tes conseils ! :-(((
Je viens de faire un petit nettoyage supplémentaire avec Ccleaner et ai lancé à nouveau un scan avec AVG Anti-spyware.
Je te poste le rapport dans 1h environ.
Par ailleurs, j'ai voulu virer le contenu de ma quarantaine du scan a-squared du 20mai. Pas moyen de sélectionner quoi que ce soit dans la liste mise en quarantaine avec ma souris... ??
A+ et merci encore si tu as la patience de continuer à m'aider.
Génial que les "pros" aident les nuls. En dehors de se sentir moins nul (arrf!) c'est surtout bienfaisant pour les ordis!

J'ai fait le hijackthis comme demandé en fixant les rubriques que tu m'as signalées.
Le scan avec Malewarebytes ne signale rien. :-)

ok c'est bon
par contre tu as mis trois antiespions qui analysent en temps réel:
spybot avec tea timer + windows defender + avg guard
vire avg antispyware
et désactive le tea timer de spybot (lancer spybot puis MODE puis MODE AVANCE puis OUTILS/ RESIDENT puis désactiver)
ton ordi ramera moins!

Je pensais qu'avast était un des meilleurs antivirus gratuits... Dois-je comprendre qu'il ne tient plus trop la route maintenant ?? Tu confirmes ?
J'avoue avoir du mal à suivre : je suis passée en quelques années de norton à Kaspersky puis avast. Comment peut-on évaluer l'efficacité d'un antivirus (avant d'en subir les avatars : blocages voire pire infections..) ?
Enfin, je vieux bien déménager encore...
Dois-je aussi comprendre d'après ta réponse que je serais indemne de vérole ?Peut-être qu'un scan en ligne pour plus de sécurité serait indiqué?
