La raison est simple : ubuntu quantal (12.10) n'est plus maintenue depuis mai 2014, ce qui signifie qu'il n'y a plus de mises à jour et les dépôts ont été déplacés sur des serveurs d'archive (ça explique le code 404).
Installe une version plus récente et de préférence une version LTS qui bénéficie d'un support pendant 5 ans.
