infection vundo et uc chargée a 100%Résolu/Fermé

Bonjour,

infecté par a priori vundo,j'ai passé plusieurs de logiciels de détection et correction (malwarebytes,ad-aware,spybot,cccleaner, antivir )ceux ci ne trouvent plus rien ,toutefois en mode normal, l' uc est chargée a 100% DONT 70% Par un processus appelé LVPrcSrv.exe qui ralentit complètement ou bloque l' affichage au bout de quelques minutes
par ailleurs , il n'est plus possible de télécharger les mises a jour par windows update

Salut,

---> Télécharge ComboFix.exe de sUBs sur ton Bureau :
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

/!\ Déconnecte-toi du net et ferme toutes les applications, antivirus et antispyware y compris /!\

---> Double-clique sur Combofix.exe
Un "pop-up" va apparaître qui dit que "ComboFix est utilisé à vos risques et avec aucune garantie...".
Accepte en cliquant sur "Oui"

---> Mets-le en langue française F
Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.

/!\ Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé. /!\

En fin de scan, il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redémarrer le PC pour finaliser la désinfection, laisse-le faire.

Une fois le scan achevé, un rapport va s'afficher : Poste son contenu

/!\ Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton antivirus et de ton antispyware avant de te reconnecter à Internet. /!\

- Télécharge Navilog1 (de IL-MAFIOSO) et enregistre-le sur le bureau : 
http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe 

- Double-clique sur Navilog1.exe afin de lancer l'installation

- Si le fix ne lance pas automatiquement après son installation, double-clique sur Navilog1 présent sur le bureau

- Appuie sur F ou f  puis valide par Entrée

- Appuie sur une touche de ton clavier à chaque fois que cela est demandé, tu arriveras au menu des options

- Choisis l'option 1 et appuie sur la touche Entrée pour valider ton choix

- Patiente jusqu'au message : *** Analyse Termine le ..... ***

- Le scan fini, le bloc-notes contenant le rapport sera affiché, poste le contenu de ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse

- Si le résultat du scan ne s'affiche pas, tu le trouveras dans C:\fixnavi.txt

N'utilise pas l'option 2, 3 et 4 sans notre accord, des fichiers légitimes peuvent être inclus dans ce scan.

Tu as trois antivirus, c'est horrible.

Dans les trois, je te conseille de garder Antivir.

j' avais mac afee mais c'est lui, qui ma laissé passer les " intrus"
j'ai installé antivir pour trouver le problème 
quand a norton il est périmé ( installé par dell a l' origine )
dois je supprimer mac afee et norton ?

J'ai déjà essayé McAfee et ça fait peur, de même pour Norton.

Pour désinstaller Norton, utilise ceci :

j' ai supprimé norton 

mais l' ordi s'est bloqué 
je suis redemarre en mode sans echec avec gestion reseau pour me connecter 
mon problème subsiste 
pour info 
j'ai toujours le petit sablier qui oscille a coté de mon pointeur souris en mode normal 

je reste tout ouie pour tes conseils

Dis merci à Norton, le désinstallateur que tu viens d'utiliser vient de chez eux.

Essaie de relancer le désinstallateur en mode sans échec.

LVPrcSrv.exe et wmpnetwk.exe

wmpnetwk.exe ---> C'est un service de Windows Media Player, c'est désactivable.

j'ai désactive par msc services  le service partage windows media player 
et LVCOM SER
et LVS RV Launcher 
et logitech blutooth services 

je n'ai jamais pu redémarrer en mode normal 
je peux communiquer avec toi par le mode sans echec avec gestion reseau 
en mode sans echec je n'ai pas l' uc saturée a 100%

Dois je désinstaller complètement logitech ?
