Yo!

I have compiled a list of procedures for you to try out, please confirm that you have gone through each one trying SpeedupmyPC each time you complete a step to confirm if it has fixed your problem.
Please click on the following links accordingly. These links are graphical step by step guides to fix issues which might be causing problems with SpeedupmyPC.
1>Disable UAC (Vista)
2>Fix DEP Settings (Vista)
3>Clear Browser Cache
4>Clear system Temp Files
5>Close your antivirus and firewall and any other security software from running in memory and retry SpeedupmyPC again
6>Run SpeedupmyPC in safe mode
7>Uninstall SpeedupmyPC and Remove the installation directories and reinstall
8>Uncheck downloaded program files
NOTE: Please confirm if you are using Windows Vista SP1 since we had a few issues with this update

1>Disable UAC (Vista)

========================================================
2>DEP Settings (Vista)
It is possible that the program fails to load in vista because there is a new protection in windows which on certain instances may block unknown programs. This is called DEP (Data Execution Prevention).
In this case you will have to set this option off for this specific program, so that it will not trigger this false alarm and close the program. Please follow the link below.

After completeing the above two steps, please retry SpeedupmyPC, if it still doesn't work proceed to the next
========================================================
3> Clear Browser Cache
Select from the instructions below according to the browser version you are using
Clear out cache Explorer 6

========================================================
4>Clear system Temp Files
http://66.98.190.22:8080/Guides/clear_tmp.mht
Retry SpeedupmyPC, if the problem persists proceed to step 5

========================================================
6>Run SpeedupmyPC in safe mode

7>Uninstall SpeedupmyPC and Remove the installation directories and reinstall
http://66.98.190.22:8080/Guides/SUMP/SUMP-Uninstall-Reinstall-Register.mht
========================================================
8>Uncheck Downloaded Program Files (when SUMP is up and running)
