[Virus] Explorer qui se redemare sans cesseRésolu/Fermé

Question

Bonjour a tou,
J'ai un gros probleme sur un pc,
Voila, depuis un telechargements, mon explorer (bureau) se redemarre sans cesse, donc impossible d'aller dans demarrer plus de 5seconde. l'analyse antivirus ne donne rien. Aidez moi S'il vous plait.
Si quelq'un peu m'aider j'en serai tres reconnaissant.

télécharge HijackThis ici:

Dézippe le dans un dossier prévu à cet effet. 
Par exemple C:\hijackthis < Enregistre le bien dans c : !

renomme hijackthis. en "scan" par exemple 

Lance le puis: 
clique sur "do a system scan and save logfile" (cf démo) 
faire un copier coller du log entier sur le forum

Enfaite, rien a faire, impossible de formater le pc, Acer protegeant ses dossier systeme, j'ai donc récuperer un CD de reinstalation, et tout remis a zero, long... merci pour votre aide.

bonjour a tt les utilisateur de vista qui on eu se probleme il ne faut pas se prendre la tete avec un reboutage du pc ji suis arrive aujourd'hui   se matin meme !!!
_ ce n'est pas un virus c'est tout simplement un conflit entre l'explorateur de windows avec un autre logiciel installer (malle installer un mise a jour bidon) 
_ pour ton probleme il sufit de taper sur ton clavier : CTRL + ALT + DEL et aretter la tache windows explorateur apre tu ne vera que ton fond ecran donc la tu reste apuyer sur le bouton pour aretter et tu arette ton ordie apre tu le relence moi sa a marcher donc je ne verai pas pour quoi ca ne marcherai pas pour toi et voila !!!

Déjà va dans Executer -> tape ''cmd'' -> tape après ''chkdsk'' dans la fenetre noir qui est apparu.
L'ordinateur qui va régler le problème lui meme = si s'est un problème de internet bien sur.
Si s'est un problème de virus, pas lechoix reformatage d'ordi.
A ce moment la tu prends le cd d'installation et du réinstalle la totalité de ton disque dur.

DAVID laisse tomber le scan qui repare windows tout seul, tu t'es fait hack par un gars des US

j'imagine que tu n'utilise pas de proxy et que cette ip n'est pas la tienne :   194.146.225.66

en tout cas tu as infection on va voir si les logiciels de securité le detecte:

Fait un scan en ligne ici avec internet explorer et poste le rapport en entier avec les lignes :

puis

    *  Télécharge Malwarebytes
   https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/securite/14361-malwarebytes-anti-malware/
    * Fais la mise à jour du logiciel (elle se fait normalement à l'installation)
    * Lance une analyse complète en cliquant sur "Exécuter un examen complet"
    * Sélectionnes les disques que tu veux analyser et cliques sur "Lancer l'examen"
    * L'analyse peut durer un bon moment.....
    * Une fois l'analyse terminée, cliques sur "OK" puis sur "Afficher les résultats"
    * Vérifies que tout est bien coché et cliques sur "Supprimer la sélection" => et ensuite sur "OK"
    * Un rapport va s'ouvrir dans le bloc note... Fais un copié/collé du rapport dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum


* Il se pourrait que certains fichiers devront être supprimés au redémarrage du PC... Faites le en cliquant sur "oui" à la question posée

edit : si tu arrive pas a faire les scans car explorer redemarre :

tu telecharge malwarebyte et tu redemarre ton PC au bip tapote F8 et choisit mode sans echec et lance malwarebyte et fait un scan rapide supprime si des choses sont trouvées et poste le rapport

Bonjour,
Je me traine le même virus "Marketing Tools a cessé des fonctionner" puis des plantage de mon explorateut windows sur le bureau (menu démarrer) depuis 1 an, sans avoir fait attention à ça et compris pourquoi mon pc bugait.
Je viens de me renseigner et comprend qu'il s'agit du virus, est ce que quelqu'un pourrait m'aider à le supprimer de mon ordinateur en me disant quoi faire ?
