Bonjour à tous,

BitDefender detecte un fichier infecté mais ne le supprime pas.
Ad-Aware bloque également son analyse dessus.
Je n'arrive pas à le supprimer manuellement.
Si quelqu'un peut m'aider je l'en remercie d'avance<<<<<<;

fais ceci tout d abord

- Smitfraudfix
(A)-Télécharger ceci (merci a S!RI pour ce petit programme) :

L'exécuter, puis double-cliquer sur Smitfraudfix.cmd
Choisir l’option 1, elle va générer un rapport
Copie-COLLE ce dernier dans un message sur le forum.

Bonjour

J'utilise régulièrement Ewido, là il ne trouve rien.
Merci pour Ccleaner je ne connaissais pas.

Je n'arrive pas à supprimer EvID4226Patch.exe (ca marque : impossible de lire à partir du fichier ou de la disquette source). D'ailleur dès que j'arrive dans le fichier Synalive, Bitdefender detecte et bloque un spyware (Application.Tool.Evid.G).

Comment puis je effacer EvID4226Patch.exe autrement ??

J'ai pu supprimer EvID4226Patch.exe en mode sans echec.
Le problème est apparemment résolu.

Le pire c'est que le spyware Application.Tool.Evid.G a été repéré autre part sur le disque dur par BitDefender.

Si à la suite d'analyse, l'infection se situe dans :
C:\system volume information\_Restore....

Cela signifie que c'est un point de restauration qui est infecté (à savoir que l'infection est inactive). Pour résoudre le souci :

¤Désactive la restauration système (uniquement si tu es sous XP):
Cliquer droit sur poste de travail puis,
propriété, tu cliques sur onglet restauration système
Cocher la case « désactiver la restauration » et applique.

Puis,

¤Réactiver la restauration système (uniquement si tu es sous XP):
Cliquer droit sur poste de travail puis,
propriété, tu cliques sur onglet restauration système
Décocher la case « désactiver la restauration » et applique.
