merci de m'avoir repondu j'ai eu un virus et un cheval de troie au depart et je les es mis en quarantaine et j'ai malheureusement supprimer des system 32 de mon pc alors il deconne et la j'ai plein de spyware et adware je voulais formater mon disque dure mes mon pc ne veux pas je suis desesperer je ne sais plus quoi faire je n'avais qu'un anti virus antivir mais la j'ai mis avast

Salut,Antivir a certainement déjà été désinstallé.Il faut le supprimer des services xp. (Les lignes 023)Clic droit sur l'icône poste de travail (sur le bureau), Propriétés, onglet Matériel,clique sur Gestionnaire de périphériquesclique sur Affichage et sélectionne Afficher les périphériques cachésclique sur le + à gauche de Périphériques non plug and playun clic droit sur Antivir et choisis Désinstaller.
