Bonjour,
Je voulais juste savoir si avec la version d'avast téléchargeable gratuitement sur le net, il va détecter et bloquer les cheval de troie et autres trucs du même genre. Et si non, faut-il que je rajoute un autre programme? Lequel??

▶ Télécharge Combofix de sUBs


▶ et enregistre le sur le Bureau.


▶ désactive tes protections et ferme toutes tes applications(antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware)

ensuite envois le rapport et refais un nouveau rapport hijackthis stp

Je viens de télécharger Combofix et en le faisant analysé par mon antivirus, il me dit " Cette archive contient un ou plusieurs virus ou programmes indésirables " et il me demande si je veux les supprimer, les mettre en quarantaine, etc..
C'est normal ça??
Je continue ou j'arrete tout?
Et pourtant j'ai viré avast et mis Antivir comme vous me l'aviez fortement suggéré au début =D

Oui c'est normal... Comme je t'ai dis, tu dois désactiver tes protections et fermer toutes tes applications(antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware)

Heu, tu m'as dit d'installer la console de récupération..c'est possible que tu m'indique comment on fait parce que je suis pas super fort en info et là, je sais pas faire. Mais j'ai vu que combofix pouvais en faire une lui même alors je le laisse faire ou j'en fait une moi même??

Il est vrai que maintenant ComboFix peut installer la console de récupération... Suis bien les instructions à l'écran...

Il suffit d'aller dans les options de Firefox pour le remettre comme navigateur par défaut...

Est-ce que tu as encore des problèmes ??

He bien non, apparement, il n'y a plus de problème, tout fonctionne correctement.
Et si, il y en a encore, je saurais où frapper pour avoir de l'aide. Je te remercie pour tout.

Et heu, tout les programmes que j'ai télécharger (combofix, toolbar, hijackthis) il faut que je les conserve??

Tous les logiciels que je t'ai fais télécharger vont être supprimés avec ToolsCleaner que je vais te donner plus tard...

Tu pourras garder Malwarebytes, c'est un excellent logiciel.. Tu pourras faire une mise à jour et une analyse de temps en temps pour t'assurer ;-)

Tu peux aussi télécharger ceci :

▶ Télécharge Spybot sur mon site web.

▶ Un tutoriel sera à ta disposition pour l'installer et l'utiliser correctement.


Ensuite :


▶ Télécharge RegCleaner

▶ Une fois installé, double-clique sur son icône pour l'exécuter

▶ Dans la barre de menu, clique sur Options puis sélectionne Language => Select language

▶ recherche French.rlg et double-clique dessus pour appliquer la langue

▶ Clique ensuite sur Outils dans la barre de menu

▶ Sélectionne Nettoyage du registre => Nettoyeur de registre automatique

▶ RegCleaner va alors lancer le nettoyage automatiquement

▶ Coche ensuite les entrées invalides qui sont apparues dans la fenêtre et clique sur Supprimer sélections => Terminer => Quitter


Viens signaler quand tu auras fais le nettoyage du registre avec Regcleaner pour qu'on finisse proprement.

Ben justement rien... Je double clique et il ne se lance pas.

Ouvre le gestionnaire des tâches :

* Presser les touches Ctrl+Alt+Del pour ouvrir le gestionnaire des tâches.
* Cliquer sur l'onglet "Processus"
* Faire un clic gauche sur RegCleaner.exe et cliquer sur "Terminer le processus".

Ensuite réessaye de le lancer stp

Ok alors vas le désinstaller de tes programmes (il y a un fichier uninstaller.exe dans le dossier de RegCleaner pour le désinstaller) et ensuite télécharge ceci :

Télécharge CCleaner

Tu auras un tutoriel pour l'utiliser correctement

Reviens signaler quand tu auras terminé

C'est normal qu'il reste toujours un truc dans le dossier RegCleaner : "Regcleaner.exe"?

C'est parce qu'il est surement encore en exécution dans le gestionnaire des taches... Vas le stopper et supprime le dossier de tes programmes ;-)
