Explorer refuse les téléchargements.

Bonjour,

Je possède un tout nouvel ordinateur portable (ASUS 1225B avec vista 7 et explorer 9) et j'ai un gros problème avec explorer.

Je voudrais changer pour télécharger firefox parceque je n'aime pas explorer mais c'est le seul navigateur qui était installé sur le PC. Le problème c'est que tout téléchargement est impossible, j'ai même essayé chrome.

Quand j'essayais de télécharger au début ça m'affichais un message genre "smartscreen a bloqué le téléchargement car le fichier a été trop peu de fois téléchargé et pourrait avoir une anomalie". Dans options j'ai mis "télécharger quand même" et la réponse a été "file is corrupt". J'ai donc carrément désactivé le filtre smartscreen mais ce coup ci le téléchargement ne se lance pas (enfin il apparait dans l'onglet téléchargement mais reste a 0%)

Je tiens a préciser que les fichiers d'installations de firefox que j'ai utilisé venaient respectivement du site officiel firefox et de télécharger01.net donc c'était pas des fichiers corrompus ^^'

J'ai aussi essayé de télécharger depuis un autre ordi et de transférer le setup sur ce pc mais j'ai le même message "file is corrupt".

Quand j'ai essayé de télécharger chrome l'instalation c'est lancée mais ça a échoué, bon pour le coup j'étais blasée et j'ai fermé sans lire. J'ai retenté l'instalation mais la ça rame depuis 15min en "attente du téléchargement" alors que ça avance pas.

Voila, si quelqu'un sait comment faire je suis preneuse parceque la je suis saoulée, en plus explorer est super lent alors que le pc est neuf (et j'ai une bonne connection normallement) ><.

EDIT : J'ai essayé de télécharger adobe flash player pour acceder a des sites un peu lourd mais dans le programme d'instalation j'ai "impossible de contacter une source fiable".

Oui je l'ai précisé dans mon message... Après il est désactivé mais je ne crois pas qu'on puisse le désinstallé, en tout cas je n'ai pas trouvé sur internet comment faire.

J'ai retrouvé le message d'erreur quand j'installe google chrome :

Dans IE, cliques sur "Outils" -> "Options Internet". Dans la fenêtre qui s'ouvre, cliques sur l'onglet "Sécurité" puis sur l'icône "Internet".
Dans le texte qui est en dessous "Niveau de sécurité pour cette zone", descends le curseur vertical sur "Moyenne", puis décoches "Activer le mode protégé".

Si c'est juste pour télécharger Firefox ou Chrome, ça ne craint rien.
As-tu un antivirus ? un pare-feu ? Le PC est neuf, ils ont du mettre un tas de merde dessus.
Peut-être un programme qui bloque.

t'as essayé de désinstaller smartscreen ?
