Question

bonsoir,
mon ordi est infecté par virtumonde, ni kaspersky, ad aware, spybot arrive à le supprimer.
Que dois je faire?

Bonsoir,

Télécharge VundoFix.exe (par Atribune) sur ton Bureau. 
http://www.atribune.org/ccount/click.php?id=4 

Double-clique VundoFix.exe afin de le lancer. 

Coche Run VundoFix as a task. 

Un message t'avertira que l'outil va se fermer et s'ouvrir à nouveau : clique Ok 

Clique sur le bouton Scan for Vundo. 

Lorsque le scan est complété, clique sur le bouton Remove Vundo. 

Une invite te demandera si tu veux supprimer les fichiers, clique YES 

Après avoir cliqué "Yes", le Bureau disparaîtra un moment lors de la suppression des fichiers. 

Tu verras une invite qui t'annonce que ton PC va s'éteindre ("shutdown") ; clique OK 

Démarre ton PC à nouveau.

Une question avant de faire n importe quoi.
J ai bien mis vundofix sur mon bureau, quand je l ouvre, double clique, il n'y a nulle part ecris  "run vundofix as a task.

Aucun message comme quoi la fenetre va se fermer, rien.
Il y a seulement soit scan for vundo soit remove vundo.

Je clique directement sur scan for vundo???

j attends donc maintenant l invite qui va tout supprimer, puis de redemarrer mon ordi et de vous envoyer le log.

Autre manière :

Donc télécharge clean : http://www.malekal.com/download/clean.zip 

Installe-le sur le bureau et dezippe-le. 
Un dossier clean va être créer double-clique dessus 
Puis double clique sur clean.cmd et choisit l'option 1.Patiente un peu. 
Poste ce rapport dans ton prochain post

Apparement c est bon, mais je sais pas où est le log en fait. Mon ordi s est etient et a redemarre.
je pense que je dois essayer avec c lean....

j attends votre reponse avant de commencer cette nouvelle démarche.

C'est ce que je voulais.

ATTENTION : pendant le mode sans échec tu n'as pas accès à internet !!!

Installe-le dans un dossier dédié 

Renomme le en "scanner.exe"

Double-clique sur "Scanner.exe"

Et tu clique sur "do a system scan and save a logfile"

Un fichier .txt va apparaître tu le copie-colle dans ta prochaine réponse.

Tu n'as pas à être désolée ce n'est rien.

Comme vundofix ne marche pas chez toi 

Télécharge VirtumundoBegone sur le bureau: 
http://secured2k.home.comcast.net/tools/VirtumundoBeGone.exe 

Double clique ensuite sur VirtumundoBeGone.exe et suis les instructions. 
Une fois terminé, redémarre et poste le rapport VBG.TXT créé sur le bureau dans ta prochaine réponse avec un nouveau rapport HijackThis. 
Ne t'inquiète pas si tu vois un message Ecran bleu "Erreur fatale", c'est normal et attendu

Tu peux refaire ceci?

Télécharge VundoFix.exe (par Atribune) sur ton Bureau. 
http://www.atribune.org/ccount/click.php?id=4 

Double-clique VundoFix.exe afin de le lancer. 
Coche Run VundoFix as a task. 
Un message t'avertira que l'outil va se fermer et s'ouvrir à nouveau : clique Ok 
Clique sur le bouton Scan for Vundo. 
Lorsque le scan est complété, clique sur le bouton Remove Vundo. 
Une invite te demandera si tu veux supprimer les fichiers, clique YES 
Après avoir cliqué "Yes", le Bureau disparaîtra un moment lors de la suppression des fichiers. 
Tu verras une invite qui t'annonce que ton PC va s'éteindre ("shutdown") ; clique OK 
Démarre ton PC à nouveau. 
Copie/colle le contenu du rapport situé dans C:\vundofix.txt ainsi qu'un nouveau rapport HijackThis! dans ta prochaine réponse.

Vundo apparament ne detecte rien mais en fait els infections sont la :

Mais j'attend la réponse de régis car je sais pas si y faut fixer.

Puis attention tu as la mauvaise version de java.
Pour verifier si tu est en possession de la bonne version de java rends-toi sur ce site : https://www.java.com/fr/download/uninstalltool.jsp et clique sur vérifier l'installation.

Si ce n'est pas la bonne version tu peux la télécharger la : 
https://www.java.com/fr/download/

Puis repost un log pour voir si tu l'as corectement installée

Execute le,atends quelques minutes, il va creer ensuite un dossier juste a coté de silent runner sous format texte, copie/colle ce qu il te donnera

Bonjour,

pour avancer, essaye l'autre programme anti-vundo :

Télécharge VirtumundoBegone sur le bureau: 
http://secured2k.home.comcast.net/tools/VirtumundoBeGone.exe 

Double clique ensuite sur VirtumundoBeGone.exe et suis les instructions. 
Une fois terminé, redémarre et poste le rapport VBG.TXT créé sur le bureau dans ta prochaine réponse avec un nouveau rapport HijackThis. 
Ne t'inquiète pas si tu vois un message Ecran bleu "Erreur fatale", c'est normal et attendu

Vundo est éradiqué depuis le post 39.

Il a l'été entre le post 24 et le 39.

A mon avis tu n'a pas posté la totalité du log de vundofix au post39.

Que veux dire 'de plus en plus bizarre'.

Relance bitdefender on line sous IE (et n'oublie pas d'accepter l'active X).

et O20 - Winlogon Notify: vtuts - C:\WINDOWS\system32\vtuts.dll ce qui "signe" un vundo.

Au post 39, je lis :

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {BC8BAD95-759A-4EC3-AA06-48292C1383DC} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\vtuts.dll (file missing) et plus de ligne 020.

Donc les fix contre Vundo ont agi.



Lis bien et exécute cette manip dans l’ordre.

Puis fais [appliquer] pour valider les changements.

->Démarre en mode sans échec : 
Pour cela, tu tapotes la touche F8 dès le début de l’allumage du pc sans t’arrêter 
Une fenêtre va s’ouvrir tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec 
puis tape « entrée ». 
Une fois sur le bureau s’il n’y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c’est normal ! 
(Si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5). 

->Lance CCleaner. 

Suppression des fichiers temporaires 

Va dans la section "Options" situé dans la marge gauche. Va dans "Avancé" et décoche 
Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier Temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures". 
Retourne ensuite dans la section "Nettoyeur" 
Fais bien attention de cocher toutes les cases dans la marge gauche (Internet Explorer/Windows Explorer/Système/Avancé) 
• Clique sur [Analyse] 
• Patiente le temps du scan, qui peut prendre un peu de temps si c'est la première fois. 
• Une fois le scan terminé, clique sur [Lancer le Nettoyage]

Si un fichier est infecté en fin d'analyse

• Clique sur l'icône [Erreurs] situés dans la marge à gauche 
• Puis clique sur [Analyser les erreurs] 
• Patiente pendant que CCleaner scan ton registre. 
• Une fois le scan terminé, coche toutes les entrèes qu'il t'aura trouvée. 
• Tu peux cliquer ensuite sur [Corriger les erreurs]. 

Si tu n'est pas sur de ce que tu fais, tu peux choisir de sauvegarder les entrées cochées pour les restaurer ultérieurement.

comme probleme, c'est que là par exemple, impossible de me connecter au site comment ca marche, tout les autres sites oui, mais pas celui là. je comprends pas.
mon ordi rame, tres long.....

voilà je t'ecris de mon pc mais ça a été dur.

Il est hyper long, il bloquait....
je vais lancer kaspersky, que j'ai en periode d essai d un mois.
Aurez tu un antivirus gratuit, valable, sans virus à me proposer?

j en ai marre de toutes ces infections, est ce que mon ordi va bien quand meme? je dois toujours laissé cocher la case "desactiver restauration systeme"?

non, tu recoches la case activer la restauration système et tu reboot.

Une broutille  de nettoyage qui reste) : 

Tu désactives puis tu arrêtes ce service :

France Telecom Routing Table Service (FTRTSVC) - France Telecom

Ensuite, tu ouvres Hijackthis. Tu choisis do a scan only. Tu coches la case devant les lignes suivantes :
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {BC8BAD95-759A-4EC3-AA06-48292C1383DC} - (no file)
O23 - Service: France Telecom Routing Table Service (FTRTSVC) - France Telecom - C:\WINDOWS\System32\FTRTSVC.exe

Tu fermes toutes les autres fenêtres actives et tu cliques sur fix checked.

Le log Hijackthis est clean

Le rapport de bit defender on line est clean

le rapport AVG est clean.

Pour moi, c'est OK. D'ou ma question sur les problèmes qui restent.

Comme antivirus gratuit, je te conseille avast. Il y a une version gratuite et des payantes.

Il faudra que tu ajoutes un parefeu, mon conseil est Kerio (gratuit même après la période d'essai).

tu supprimes tout ce qui va avec vundofix et virumundobegone, clean.zip et tout ce qui va avec, silentrunner.

Tu gardes les autres et tu les utilises de temps en temps après les avoir mis à jour.

Perso désolé de t'interrompre dans ton scan kaspersky mais je préfère le scan Bitdefender car il supprime les virus détectés lors du scan donc :

les logs (HijackThis, AVG AS, Bitdefender, Kaspersky ?) sont clean.

Tu as désactivé puis réactivé la restauration système.

Tu trouvs l'ordi très lent ?

As tu fait passer Ccleaner 'réparer les erreurs de registre' ?

Si tu n'en as pas fait depuis 'un certain temps', défragmente tes disques dur. fais le en mode sans échec aussi. Ca risque aussi d'être long.

Ai-je oublié des choses ?

Donc kaspersky n'a trouvé aucun virus, mon ordi parait aller un plus vite.
je garde les logiciels de nettoyage et le ferai de temps en temps.

je pensais defragmenter car j'ai fais l'analyse et ils me disent de le faire, mais il faut que je le fasse en  mode "sans echec" pourquoi?*

salut darkkilleur,

en mode sans échec, la défragmentation n'est pas gênée par ce qui peut se passer, telles que des mises à jour.

Elle est un peu plus efficace.

Pour ccleaner, Darkkilleur a raison, il ne faut pas hésiter à le relancer tant qu'il trouve des erreurs dans le registre.

Ca devrait améliorer la vitesse du pc, en plus.

oui effectievement, merci àtout ce qui m'on permis a tout regler, Regis, Lyonnais92 et Darkkiller.
Les cas un peu rudes vous aident à vous perfectionner, mais ça me fait flipper que ce soit été rude.....j'espere que dans le futur, ça sera plus simple pour moi.
2 jours de galère.........ça m'a épuisé toutes ces manipulations, sans savoir ce que je fesis réellement.

c'est notre faute si ça a été compliquée. On a raté l'éradication de vundo et on a vasouillé un moment, ce qui n'est jamais bon.

Rassure-toi, on a vu bien pire que ça en matière de traitement difficile.

Il y a d'ailleurs une chose à laquelle je ne prêtais pas attention que l'on a probablement oublié :

personellement j`utilise avast pro 4.8 et sa mise a jour ,je planifie un scan au demarage et j`ai trouve 13 viruces dont rootkit-gen,vundrop ,virtumonde .A chaque fichier infecte trouve, avast vous demandera si vous voulez suprimer, deplacer ,reparrer ou mettre en quarentene  personellement je supprime tout et ca marche plus de probleme et je sent la differance car ma machine est plus rapide que d`habitude et fonctionne correctement (pas de messages d`erreurs )
