impossible d'enlever comodo toolbarRésolu/Fermé

Question

Bonjour,
en me connectant sur msn, j'ai quelques soucis (ouverture de fenêtre intempestive) et j'ai remarqué que la toolbar de comodo était présente sur la page de msn alors que j'ai supprimé le pare feu . 
Pouvez vous m'aider ? Merci beaucoup

Salut, ===================POUR LES UTILISATEURS DE VISTA========================= =>< Désactive le « contrôle des comptes utilisateurs = UAC » (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection): Ne pas oublier !! Désactiver l'UAC est nécessaire pour pouvoir faire fonctionner certains programmes sous Vista. - Vas dans Démarrer puis panneau de configuration - Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs" - Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide. ==>NOTE: =>mode avancé=> outils => résident Décocher la case résident "tea timer" Refermer Spybot. télécharge hijackthis -> enregistre la cible sous .... "le bureau" -> Fais un double-clic sur "HJTInstall.exe" afin de lancer l'installation -> Clique sur Install ensuite sur "I Accept" -> Clique sur" Do a scan system and save log file" -> Le bloc-notes s'ouvrira, fais un copier-coller de tout son contenu ici dans ta prochaine réponse ->Tuto hijackthis

Déconnectes toi et fermes toute tes applications en cours le temps de la manipe !! * double-cliques sur l'.exe pour lancer l'installe et laisses toi guider ... * Une fois fait, cliques sur le raccourci créé sur ton bureau pour lancer l'outil . * Choisis l'option 1 ( "recherche") et tapes "entrée" . * Une fois le scan finit , un rapport va apparaître, copie/colles l'intégralité de son contenu dans ta prochaine réponse ... Passe sa avant alors:

==>Télécharge  sur ton bureau MSNFix

    * Enregistrez le fichier sur votre bureau.
    * Ne pas double-cliquer sur le fichier
    * Faites un clic droit sur le fichier puis Extraire tout, le but étant de récupérer un dossier MSNFix 

    *  Double-cliquez sur le dossier MSNFix afin de l'ouvrir
    * Vous trouverez dedans un nouveau dossier ainsi qu'un fichier MSNFix.bat (le .bat peut ne pas apparaître chez vous).
    * Double-cliquez sur MSNFix.bat

outil=>option=>onglet "général"=>enregistrer les fichiers sur ===>>le bureau en défilant la liste.

-Télécharge et installe MalwareByte's Anti-Malware
Malwarebyte

- Mets le à jour

---
- Double clique sur le raccourci de MalwareByte's Anti-Malware qui est sur le bureau.
- Sélectionne Exécuter un examen complet si ce n'est pas déjà fait
- clique sur Rechercher

- Une fois le scan terminé, une fenêtre s'ouvre, clique sur sur Ok

- Si MalwareByte's n'a rien détecté, clique sur Ok Un rapport va apparaître ferme-le.

- Si MalwareByte's a détecté des infections, clique sur Afficher les résultats ensuite sur Supprimer la sélection

- Enregistre le rapport sur ton Bureau comme cela il sera plus facile à retrouver, poste ensuite ce rapport.

Note : Si MalwareByte's a besoin de redémarrer pour terminer la suppression, accepte en cliquant sur Ok

Nettoyage avec ToolBar S&D :

!! Déconnectes toi et fermes toute tes applications en cours le temps de la manipe !!

Relances Toolbar-S&D en double-cliquant sur le raccourci.
-->Tapes sur l'option 2 ( "nettoyage" ) puis tapes sur "Entrée".

Note : ne touches à rien lors de la suppression !

Un rapport sera généré à la fin du processus : postes son contenu dans ta prochaine réponse
accompagné d'un nouveau rapport hijackthis pour analyse ...

Re,

Termine-le dans les processus, fais CTRL + ALT + DEL et tu clique sur HijackThis et terminer le processus.

Après double clique sur le raccourci d'HijackThis sur ton Bureau
(Pour Vista, clique droit sur le raccourci d'HijackThis sur ton Bureau, puis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur".
- et clique sur sur Do a system scan and save a logfile pour lancer le scan

Quand le rapport apparaît dans le bloc note, allez dans Edition, puis Sélectionner Tout, le texte est alors sélectionné, retourne dans Edition toujours en laissant le texte sélectionné, et cliquez sur copier.

Dans ta prochaine réponse, faire un clic droit et coller, je procéderai a son analyse.
Ferme le bloc note et la fenêtre de HJT

Ensuite fait ceci.

Relance hijack et clique sur "Do a system scan only"
Ensuite recherche ces lignes et coches les cases

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {7E853D72-626A-48EC-A868-BA8D5E23E045} - (no file)

Ensuite clique sur "Fix checked"

Pour supprimer toutes les traces des logiciels qui ont servi à traiter les infections spécifiques 

Télécharge toolscleaner sur ton Bureau : 

toolscleaner

* Double-clique sur ToolsCleaner2.exe et laisse le travailler 
* Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer. 
* Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser. 
* Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives. 
* Clique sur Quitter, pour que le rapport puisse se créer. 
* Le rapport (TCleaner.txt) se trouve à la racine de votre disque dur (C:\)...colle le dans ta réponse

Tutoriel toolscleaner

Désactive et réactive la Restauration du système :
 
1 Dans la barre des tâches de Windows, clique sur Démarrer.
 
2 Clique avec le bouton droit de la souris sur Poste de travail puis clique sur Propriétés.
 
3 Dans l'onglet Restauration du système, coche "Désactiver la Restauration du système"

4 Clique sur Appliquer.
  
5 Ensuite décoche "Désactiver la restauration du systeme"

6 clique sur appliquer puis ok

7 vas créer un point de restauration dans accessoires----outils systeme----restauration du systeme.

Non tu ne doit pas créer un fichier txt.

Le rapport (TCleaner.txt) se trouve à la racine de votre disque dur (C:\)...colle le dans ta réponse

Normal tu es sous vista.

Fait comme suit:

Clic droit sur toolscleaner,et ensuite "executer en tant qu'admininistrateur"

Lance le et ensuite cela prend un certains temps sous vista (il te marqueras trés certainnement "ne répond pas" )

attends et ensuite le rapport sera dispos.

Alors pour hijackthis la suppression peut ce faire via le panneau de configuration =>ajout et suppression des programmes.

Aussi installe et garde le et fait un nettoyage une fois tout les quinze jours avec.

---> Télécharge CCleaner (N'installe pas la Yahoo Toolbar) :
CCLEANER

---> Lance-le. Va dans "Options" puis "Avancé", tu décoches la case "Effacer uniquement les fichiers etc...". Tu vas dans "Nettoyeur", tu fais "Analyse". Une fois terminé, tu lances le nettoyage. Puis tu vas dans "Registre", tu fais "Chercher des erreurs". Une fois terminé, tu répares toutes les erreurs sans sauvegarder la base de registre.
