Bonjour,

Voilà mon problème, tout est dans le titre. Ce virus qui empoisonne mon ordi.
Je ne peux lancer aucune application anti-virus. J'ai tout essayé : kaspersky, avast, F secure, spybot search and destroy. rien n'y fait. Le virus bloque tout lors du téléchargement. De plus internet fonctionne au ralenti.

J'ai fait un scan en ligne sur kaspersky et c'est comme ça que j'ai eu ce nom de virus, mais sur le site, il n'y a aucun programme de désinfection pour celui là.

Ma question est la suivante : est-ce que si je fais une restauration complète du système, je pourrais détruire le virus ?

Je précise aussi que je ne peux pas démarrer l'ordi en mode sans échec.

Si quelqu'un peut m'aider, s'il vous plait,...

essay un scan ici s'il le detecte il le supprimera :

fait un scan en ligne avec internet explore, si tu as firefox fait:
démarrer -> executer -> tape : iexplore (puis valide)

BRANCHE TA OU TES CLE USB / LECTEUR EXTERNE ...

(coche toutes les cases à chaque fois) :

à la fin colle le rapport : C:\Program Files\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt

Bonjour

Bon j'ai lancé ce scan à deux reprises depuis hier soir. Mais l'analyse ne se termine jamais, elle bloque à :
c:/program files\java\jre1.6.0_02\lib\rt.jar. Je bloque manuellement l'analyse et donc j'ai 14 soucis qui répondent au nom de win32/bagle.PQ worm et win32/bagle.PF worm. Le site me demande de télécharger l'antivirus et comme pour les autres, je n'y arrive pas.

Que faire, dois-je restaurer complètement le système et cela va-t-il supprimer mes problèmes ?

Salut,

1/
Télécharger CCleaner (installe pas la barre de Yahoo ) :
https://www.01net.com/telecharger/windows/Utilitaire/nettoyeurs_et_installeurs/fiches/32599.html

lance le, dans nettoyeur clique sur lancer le nettoyage puis dans Registre fait chercher et répare les erreurs autant de fois qu'il y en n'a.

2/ Fait un scan avec malwarebyte :
telechargement et aide ici :
http://www.pcinfo-web.com/...
une fois fini le rapport s'ouvre copie le et supprime toute la selection.

3/
Ensuite une fois fini fait un rapport hijackthis :
https://www.01net.com/telecharger/windows/Securite/anti-spyware/fiches/29061.html

tu le télécharges, tu le lances et tu cliquera sur le premier bouton en haut "Do a system scan and save a logfile"
tu colleras le fichier texte ici ;).

PS : Ne fermes pas le programme

J'ai réussi à faire malwarebytes en premier. tout a fonctionné.

J'ai réussi à télécharger ensuite Ccleaner que j'ai lancé et tout nettoyé.

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/oldtimer/OTMoveIt2.exe

colle dans la en jaune ca :
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\hldrrr.exe

et puis clique sur : MoveIt (en rouge)
s'il te demande de redemarrer le pc accepte et colle le rapport ce trouvant dans le dossier :

Bonjour

j'ai eu un souci suite à l'analyse, j'ai laissé le programme ouvert comme tu me l'as précisé mais une coupure de courant a tout éteint.

J'ai relancé l'ordi et me suis aperçue que je pouvais éxécuter certains programmes et en l'occurence mon antivirus kaspersky. J'ai fait deux analyses complètes mais il en sort toujours le mm trojan.spy.win32.agent.emp et un autre de type cheval de troie heur.start page.

Dois-je te redonner un nouveau rapport hijackthis ?
