Bonjour,

Bonjour

j'ai desinstaller le programme dealio et depuis j'ai un probleme avec ma barre et mon bureau qui clignote
j'ai scanner mon pc avec tous les programmes possible a la recherche d 'un virus ou trojan mais ils n ont rien detecte
j'ai donc fais un rapport hijacktjis et j'aimerais vous le soumettre

des erreurs pas vraiment, mais je sèche sur ADSLDialIn.exe (situé en C:\Progra~1\ADSLTimeManager\ADSLDialIn.exe)

Tu vas télécharger la dernière version de Malwarebytes anti malware 1.23 : https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/securite/14361-malwarebytes-anti-malware/

(N'utilises pas File assassin)

! Il est Important d'être en mode sans échec lors de la recherche ! (Redémarrer l'ordi et tapoter à plusieurs reprises la touche F8 après le bip du PC)

N'oublie pas de supprimer les menaces à la fin du scan et de poster le log sur le forum !

oui il n'y a pas de probleme avec adsl time manager car c'est un securité afin que je puisse controler le
trafic de ma connection .
en ce qui concerne le programme malwarebytes je l'aie deja effectuer et mis a jour hier il n'a rien detecter
tout comme avast ,spybot, a squarred ...

mais je ne l'aie pas fait en mode sans echec je vais donc essayer comme cela .
mais je ne vois pas ce que cela change en mode sans echec .

les programmes malveillants ne sont pas actifs, c'est principalement intéressant pour les supprimer...

Je te conseille de changer d'antivirus : Antivir (gratuit) offre de meilleurs résultats qu'Avast!

Télécharge antivir : https://download.cnet.com/Avira-Free-Security-with-Antivirus/3000-18510_4-10322935.html?part=dl-10322935&subj=dl&tag=button&cdlPid=10867326

Puis, Télécharge Utilitaire de désinstallation d'avast! : https://www.avast.com/fr-fr/uninstall-utility

Avant de désinstaller Avast! et d'installer Antivir, coupe ta connexion internet !

Suis bien les consignes pour éliminer tous les éléments d'avast! (présentes sur la page de téléchargement de l'utilitaire de désinstallation d'Avast!)

Voilà sur ce on va finir avec un petit logiciel qui s'apelle toolscleaner, qui va supprimer les applications liées à la désinfection : http://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telecharger 34055291 toolscleaner

Tu supprimes tout ce qu'il trouve (c'est parfois un peu long) et tu peux utiliser l'option facultative de nettoyage des fichiers temporaires (ferme internet avant)


Puis tu vas Poster le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine du disque dur (C:\)
(poste de travail ==> double clique sur C: et tu cherches le document TCleaner.txt, tu fais "édition", "sélectionner tout" ensuite tu cliques sur "édition" puis "copier"

Tu colles ce rapport sur le forum stp

car en regardant sur google j'ai remarquer que c'etait un trojan d 'apres certains site

Me revoilà, et après quelques instant de réflexion général, je te propose d'aller dans le dossier Toolbar S&D ( C:\Toolbar SD ) et de trouver Uninstal.exe (ou Uninstal)
Et de double cliquer dessus (ferme toutes tes fenêtres en cours avant)

Et de nous donner des news après cette manip

ok j'ai reussit a supprimer toolbar sd et j'ai scanner mon pc avec tout les moyen a ma disposition
et il m'indique que tout va bien
