Comment supprimer le trojan wimad wma dropperRésolu/Fermé

Question

Bonjour,

Bcp de problèmes simultanés et tous arrivés aujourd'hui subitement...AVIS aux pros de l'informatique pour m'aider à sortir de ce pétrin ;)

J'ai Avast, je sais qu'il ne vaut rien mais tant qu'on a pas de pb on a la flemme de changer. aujourd'hui je compte mettre Antivir mais avant ce la j'aimerais me débarrasser d'un troyen!

D'apres Avast et Antispyware 2008, il s'agirait d'un troyen combiné aux fichiers WMA et WMV du coup, j'en trouve des quantités industrielles et je n'ai bien sûr pas envie de supprimer toutes mes photos et vidéos de ce format là...

Ce troyen m'a l'air d'être la cause principale, mais j'ai apparament 24 autres objets malveillants...

télécharge MalwareByte's Anti-Malware sur ton bureau.


Une fois l'installation et la mise à jour effectuées, redémarre en mode sans echec:

    *  Exécute maintenant MalwareByte's Anti-Malware. Si cela n'est pas déjà fait, sélectionne "Exécuter un examen complet".
    * Afin de lancer la recherche, clic sur"Rechercher".
    * Une fois le scan terminé, une fenêtre s'ouvre, clic sur OK. Deux possibilités s'offrent à toi : 

-- si le programme n'a rien trouvé, appuie sur OK. Un rapport va apparaître, ferme-le.
-- si des infections sont présentes, clic sur "Afficher les résultats" puis sur "Supprimer la sélection". Enregistre le rapport sur ton Bureau afin de le poster dans ta prochaine réponse.
REMARQUE : Si MalwareByte's Anti-Malware a besoin de redémarrer pour terminer la suppression, accepte en cliquant sur Ok.

J'ai une correction a ajouter en + d'avoir le trojan Downloader wimad, j'ai aussi le virus win32 et un truc appelé venod mais je suis pas sur...

je flippe...de toute facon tu veras tout ca sur le rapport je pense...

alors voila le rapport Malware arrive un peu tard (dslé soirée entre lol) donc jpense ke j'en saurai + demain...

il m'a touvé 21   s a l o p e r i e s et apparament c'est que du virus trojan Vundo alors jme demande s'il a tout trouvé sachant qu'avast m'a dit que j'etais infecté par du win 32 et du Wimad wma, fo qu'on m'éclaire jcapte plus grand chose là..

Pendant que j'y suis j'ai une autre question, mon ordi est infecté, j'ai coupé le net (du coup la jsui sur un ordi fixe) et j'ai tjs avast sur mon pc portable infecté, le setup de Antivir est là, pret a le remplacer mais c'est quoi la meilleure stratégie?



>supprimer les troyens et changer d'antivirus, ou bien  installer maintenant le nouvel antivirus(antivir ..+ efficace) ? 
>est ce que ne rien faire va endommager mon ordi avec le tps si je l'utilise comme d'hab le tps ke je resolve le pb ou pas?
>en clair: dans quel ordre faire les manips pour ne rien endommager? 
j'ai besoin de conseil car avec mes etudes, ca fait 3 ans que je ne suis plus trop les news en informatique et ca a vite changé, j'ai des reflexes qui sont + forcément ce qu'il faut aujourd'hui genre conseils sur les antivirus du moment, sur les logiciels qui marchent bien, sur les trucs a se mefier...

Apres un rapport Hijack et un Malwarebyte's, il se trouve que j'ai sur mon ordinateur portable 21 objets dangereux dont: 

trojan VUNDO + trojan Downloader WIMAD + Rogue Multiple + Win32

Aidez moi à éliminer tout ca sans perdre d'information précieuses... Merci

MBAM a fait un solide boulot
tu as encore une ligne suspecte et pour ètre sur,tu vas faire un scan en ligne

Ouvre internet explorer --> Outils --> Options internet --> onglet "sécurité" --> Valide "niveau par défaut".
Toujours sur Internet explorer --> Outils --> Options internet --> onglet "avancé" --> valide "Paramètres par défaut".

Pour éffectuer les scans,
**désactive ton antivirus, logiciels de protections et logiciels pouvant bloquer les popups (barres Google, barres Yahoo etc..).**

Scan en ligne avec Kaspersky :
- https://www.kaspersky.fr/?domain=webscanner.kaspersky.fr  en utilisant Internet** Explorer et pas Firefox**, ça ne marchera pas!.
- Si tu es perdu, tu peux suivre l'aide pour les scans en ligne https://www.malekal.com/scan-antivirus-ligne-nod32/#mozTocId291566  
- Au moment de choisir la cible à analyser, clique sur le bouton Paramètres d'analyse
- Dans la nouvelle fenêtre, coche "étendu" au milieu puis clique sur OK.
- Choisis le poste de travail dans la cible à analyser
- Copie/colle le rapport du scan ici

Grace au tutoriel de carosier j'ai pu démarrer une analyse en ligne... par contre il me met: temps restant estimé: 8h et ca fait qu'augmenter.....Ca va vraiment durer aussi longtemps??

Si c'est le cas ne m'oublie pas lol, tu auras le rapport une fois le scan terminé ;)

Maintenant que les objets trouvés(21) ont été mis en quarantaine hier soir avec Malware, est -ce que je peux les supprimer definitivement???

J'ai bien envie de supprimer Avast et d'installer Antivir(gratuit et efficace apparament) associé à un pare-feu Zone-Alarme a la place du pare feu widows...

Désactive les logiciels de protection (Antivirus, Antispywares) puis : 

Télécharge Combofix sUBs : http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe 
et sauvegarde le sur ton bureau et pas ailleurs! 
deconnecte toi d'internet,ferme tout les programmes

Double-clique sur combofix, Il va te poser une question, réponds par la touche 1 et entrée pour valider. 
Attends que combofix ait terminé, un rapport sera créé. Poste le rapport. 

Copie/colle un nouveau rapport HiJackThis avec.

jai suivi a la lettre la manip avec hijack et tout se déroule bien ensuite, je desactive et ferme antivirus et applications mais au moment de lancer Combofix, celui ci me sort une erreur comme quoi il faut le retelechargers car il manque qqch pour fonctionner..j'ai essayer de le telecharger et de l'écraser(sur le bureau) et il me dit que c'est impossible qu'il me faut des droits et que l'application(combofix) est en cours! Or je n'arrive pas a la fermer ou a la supprimer.

Pour l'antivirus Antivir, je peux l'installer maintenant ou vaut mieux attendre qu'on soit debarrassé des virus existants?

Désactive l'UAC (User Account Control ou Contrôle de Compte Utilisateur) le temps de la désinfection (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection): 
&#8226; Va dans Panneau de Configuration puis Comptes d'Utilisateurs. 
&#8226; Clique sur Activer ou désactiver le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs. 
&#8226; Décoche la case Utiliser le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs pour vous aider à protéger votre ordinateur. 
&#8226; Clique sur OK pour enregistrer la modification et redémarre ton PC lorsque cela t'est demandé.

OK j'ai tout fait... le seul soucis est que Combo fix se lance , il ne m'offre pas la possibilité de taper 1

Il cherche les infections tout seul puis la fenetre bleu de combo fix disparait subitement, mon ordi travaille mais il ne se passe rien... ps: ya eu un bip lol

tu peux toujours lancer les programmes depuis le menu -->démarrer

 Ceci dit tu as aussi le choix d'installer un programme identique mais beaucoup plus léger qu'Adobe Reader: Foxit Reader: https://www.foxitsoftware.com/downloads/ 
 Le langage français est disponible dans les mises à jour depuis l'interface du programme. Prends la version 2.3 sans toolbar.

et JAVA

Télécharge JavaRa.zip  de Paul 'Prm753' McLain et Fred de Vries. 
Décompresse le fichier sur ton bureau (clique droit > Extraire tout.)
Double-clique sur le répertoire JavaRa obtenu.
Puis double-clique sur le fichier JavaRa.exe (le .exe peut ne pas s'afficher)
Clique sur Search For Updates. 
Sélectionne Update Using jucheck.exe puis clique sur Search.  
Autorise le processus à se connecter s'il te le demande, clique sur Install et suis les instructions d'installation. Cela prendra quelques minutes.
Quand l'installation est terminée, revient à l'écran de JavaRa et clique sur Remove Older Versions.
Clique sur Oui pour confirmer. L'outil va travailler, clique ensuite sur Ok, puis une deuxième fois sur Ok.
Un rapport va s'ouvrir, copie-colle le dans ta prochaine réponse.
Note : le rapport se trouve aussi à la racine de la partition système, en général C:\ sous le nom JavaRa.log 
(c:\JavaRa.log)
Ferme l'application.

Java sert a lire plein de trucs(plugins et autre jeux...)
si il est installé c'est bon
tu peux aller dans ajout/suppression de programmes supprimme tous ce qui est java en dessous de update7
tu vas gagner de l'espace

.clique sur lancer le nettoyage et sur la demande de confirmation OK 
.clique maintenant sur registre et puis sur rechercher les erreurs 
.laisse tout cochées et clique sur réparrer les erreurs sélectionnées 
.il te demande de sauvegarder OUI 
.donnes lui un nom pour pouvoir le retrouver et enregistre 
.clique sur corriger toutes les erreurs sélectionnées et clique sur la demande de confirmation OK

Juste une question: quand tous les virus sont apparu, un logiciel que je n'avais jamais installé sur mon PC(Antispy XP 2008) m'a signalé que j'avais les virus Wimad, win 32, + tentative d'intrusion etc etc et il fallait obligatoirement payer pour soit disant s'en débarrasser...je pense que ce logiciel lui-même était un virus ; dans le cas contraire est ce que j'ai à me méfier de mes fichiers wma et wmv auxquels je tiens bcp...???

Et une derniere pour la route: au final j'ai été infecté par quoi? seulement Vundo?

Voila j'ai tout fait et j'ai aussi supprimé de la quarantaine tous les trojan que malwarebyte's m'avait trouvé hier!

Un rapport Hijack pour confirmation et encore merci infiniment!!
