Bonjour,
J'ai des fenetres pops up qui s'ouvre quand je suis sur internet, mais l'une d'elle me dit :

C'est précisément un malware (logiciel nuisible). Surtout ne jamais cliquer sur ce genre de pub.
Et essayer d'urgence firefox pour se débarasser des pop-up.

bon n´envoie pas le fichier, contente toi d´appuyer sur une touche comme le fix te le demande jusqu´a avoir le rapport qui va apparaitre...

surtout pas !! c'est de la pub virale ou pire , ignore ce genre de popup d'ailleurs installe firefox et tu verra plus de popoup ^^

pour commencer :

Fais un clic droit sur ce lien :
http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe
Enregistrer la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.
Une fois l'installation terminée, le fix s'exécutera automatiquement.
(Si ce n'est pas le cas, double-clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau).

Laisse-toi guider. Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valides.
(ne fais pas le choix 2,3 ou 4 sans notre avis/accord)

Patiente jusqu'au message :
*** Analyse Termine le ..... ***
Appuie sur une touche comme demandé, le blocnote va s'ouvrir.
Copie-colle l'intégralité dans une réponse. Referme le blocnote.
Le rapport est en outre sauvegardé à la racine du disque (fixnavi.txt)

quand tu te reveilleras : )

Double clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau et laisse-toi guider.
Au menu principal, choisis 2 et valide.

Le fix va t'informer qu'il va alors redémarrer ton PC
Ferme toutes les fenêtres ouvertes et enregistre tes documents personnels ouverts
Appuie sur une touche comme demandé.
(si ton Pc ne redémarre pas automatiquement, fais le toi même)
Au redémarrage de ton PC, choisis ta session habituelle.

Patiente jusqu'au message :
*** Nettoyage Termine le ..... ***
Le blocnote va s'ouvrir.
Sauvegarde le rapport de manière à le retrouver
Referme le blocnote. Ton bureau va réapparaitre

PS:Si ton bureau ne réapparait pas, fais CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le gestionnaire de tâches.
Puis rends-toi à l'onglet "processus". Clique en haut à gauche sur fichiers et choisis "exécuter"
Tape explorer et valide. Celà te fera apparaitre ton bureau.

maintenat plus long :

Fais un scan avec cet antispyware :

Telecharge malwarebytes + tutoriel :

-> https://www.malekal.com/tutoriel-malwarebyte-anti-malware/

Tu l´instale; le programme va se mettre automatiquement a jour.

Une fois a jour, le programme va se lancer; click sur l´onglet parametre, et coche la case : "Arreter internet explorer pendant la suppression".

Click maintenant sur l´onglet recherche et coche la case : "executer un examun complet".

Puis click sur "rechercher".

Laisse le scanner le pc...

Si des elements on ete trouvés > click sur supprimer la selection.

si il t´es demandé de redemarrer > click sur "yes".

A la fin un rapport va s´ouvrir; sauvegarde le de maniere a le retrouver en vu de le poster sur le forum.

Copie et colle le rapport stp.

il a bien bossé malwarebytes ;)

Redemarre le programme; click sur l´onglet "quarantaine", puis sur "tout supprimer"; quitte le programme.

puis

passe ceci :

Télécharge Clean:

-> http://www.malekal.com/download/clean.zip

-> Dézippe tout le contenu dans un dossier que tu auras cré au préalable (sur ton bureau par exemple). Double clic sur clean ou clean.cmd choisie l'option 1.

Un rapport va s'ouvrir, copie et colle le contenu sur le forum.

salut, j'ai exécuter clean qui m'a dit d'envoyé un fichier a http://upload.malekal.com/, mais le site tourne en rond, et le fichier ne s'envoie pas.
