Bonjour,
J'ai installé 5star Free Line,, un jeu sur mon portable qui me désinstalle ma carte son, apparemment, j'aurais choppé un spyware que je ne peux desinstaller, j'ai utilisé antivir personal qui me donne ce rapport:

J'essaie de desinstaller le jeu, pas possible.je viens juste de terminer la configuration de mon portable avec Ubutuntu et je ne souhaite pas reinstaller mon windows et aller reinstaller mon GRUB
que et comment dois je faire pour m'en débarasser définitevement
problème identique sur mon PC de bureau mais on verra cela plus tard
Je ne suis pas pro, du tout alors si vous pouvez me donner les explications les plus simples possible, la tâche sera plus facile pour moi

salut
commence par télécharger clearner pour désinstaller le spyware radiate.si cela ne fonctionne pas
désactives toutes les actions de ce outils en procédant par msconfig et du gestionnaire de tâche pour arrêtre le processus.
