probléme de navigateur internetFermé

Question

Bonjour,

Plus moyen de faire fonctionner mon navigateur internet (IE7) alors que curieusement, certaines mise à jour foncionnent (cas de MAJ des outils Google). LimeWire fonctionne de temps en temps. La connexion WiFi semble correcte (icône en bas à droite avec le débit et les diodes qui clignotes). Je suis sous XP familial (SP2). J'ai passé plusieurs nettoyeurs d'espions. Les antivirus ne trouvent rien. A noter que mon abonnement Norton (antivirus et firewall) est expiré. Je ne sais plus quoi faire pour débloquer cette situation.

-Une fois téléchargé,tu le lances

-Tu cliques sur"ReG-Backup" pour créer une sauvegarde du registre,dans un dossier de ton choix.

-Une fois la sauvegarde éffectuée,clique sur "Fix", au méssage "WinsockFix will now attempt to Repair your connection" tu reponds par "OUI"

-Il va travailler,tu le laisse faire,à la fin des corrections tu auras le méssage suivant"Repair completed Please Reboot", tu cliques sur "OK"

-Le PC va redémarrer,

-Communique les résultats.

Je conseille de renomer Hijackthis, pour contrer une éventuelle infection de Vundo. 

ex:Renomme le fichier HijackThis.exe en eden.exe pour cela, fais un clic droit sur le fichier HijackThis.exe et choisis renommer dans la liste 

Ensuite avec Explorer créer un dossier c:\hijackthis 
Décompresser Hijackthis dans ce dossier. 
C'est important pour les sauvegardes."

tu as avast et norton vire un des deux sinon l'ordi va
planter (un seul antivirus par ordi!!!)

Les icônes vont disparaître. C’est normal. RAV.exe lancé ==> j'ai perdu le log (3 ou 4 fichiers infectés et supprimés sur le volume D)
Desinfetor.exe lancé ==> RAS
Scan en ligne pas possible car problème navigateur internet :)

telecharge bitdefender free et scan avec de preference en mode sans echec et colle le rapport:

télécharge combofix (par sUBs) ici : 

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe 

et enregistre le sur le bureau. 


déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications. 

désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware) 


double-clique sur combofix.exe et suis les instructions 

à la fin, il va produire un rapport C:\ComboFix.txt 

réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware 

copie/colle le rapport C:\ComboFix.txt dans ta prochaine réponse. 

Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi.

la version gratuite de bitdefender ne fait pas d'analyse en temps réel , il te faut garder un autre, si tu paye garde norton
