Pub qui apparaissent sans cesse

Bonjour,

Dès que je vais sur internet, des pages de pubs apparaissent régulièrement. C'est très chiant mon PC Lagg depuis que j'ai constaté cela...
J'ai téléchargé navilog1 et fait l'analyse, pouvez vous m'aider??
