j'ai installer et utiliser le lien que tu m'a mis mais MSNFix met toujours que mon ordi est infecter.
Sinon est-ce que m'est contacts peuvent l'avoir même si je reste hors connexion. merci

Salut,

Tout d'abord fais ceci :

Clique sur ce lien
http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/threat_analytics/HJTInstall.exe
pour télécharger le fichier d'installation d'HijackThis.

Enregistre HJTInstall.exe sur ton bureau.

Double-clique sur HJTInstall.exe pour lancer le programme

Par défaut, il s'installera là :
C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis

Accepte la license en cliquant sur le bouton "I Accept"

Choisis l'option "Do a system scan and save a log file"

Clique sur "Save log" pour enregistrer le rapport qui s'ouvrira avec le bloc-note

Clique sur "Edition -> Sélectionner tout", puis sur "Edition -> Copier" pour copier tout le contenu du rapport

Colle le rapport que tu viens de copier sur ce forum

Ne fixe encore AUCUNE ligne, cela pourrait empêcher ton PC de fonctionner correctement

Téléchargez MSNFix.zip (de !aur3n7) sur votre bureau:
http://sosvirus.changelog.fr/MSNFix.zip

Décompressez-le (clic droit >> Extraire ici) et double cliquer sur le fichier MSNFix.bat.
- Exécutez l'option R.
-- Si l'infection est détectée, un message l'indiquera et il suffira de presser une touche pour lancer le nettoyage

Note :
Si une erreur de suppression est détectée un message s'affichera demandant de redémarrer l'ordinateur afin de terminer les opérations. Dans ce cas il suffit de redémarrer l'ordinateur en mode normal

- Le rapport sera enregistré dans le même dossier que MSNFix sous forme date_heure.txt

Pourrai-je voir le résultat du scan MSNFix ?

Sinon ça à l'air d'être bon, MAIS :

- BOONTYBOX, c'est pour télécharger des jeux ? Je te conseille de le désinstaller, car je suppose que tu n'as pas lu les conditions d'installations, il est stipulé qu'il prennent des infos persos sur ton ordi, pas très top, mais bon fait comme tu veux ;).

- Concernant AVAST, je te conseille de lire ce post, qui te fera à mon avis changer d'avis :

Re,

Essaies de re-faire un scan en mode sans échec :

N'utilisez cette méthode (avec la touche F8) que si Windows XP est le seul système d'exploitation installé sur votre ordinateur.

1/ -Démarrez Windows, ou s’il s’exécute, fermez Windows puis éteignez l'ordinateur.
2/ -Redémarrez l’ordinateur. L'ordinateur commence le traitement d'instructions connues sous le nom Basic Input/Output System (BIOS). L'affichage dépend du fabricant du BIOS. Certains ordinateurs affichent une barre de progression faisant référence à BIOS, d'autres peuvent ne pas indiquer le processus en cours de réalisation.
3/ -A la fin du chargement du BIOS, commencez à appuyer sur la touche F8 de votre clavier. Procédez ainsi jusqu'à ce que le menu des options avancées de Windows apparaisse. Si vous commencez à appuyer sur la touche F8 trop tôt, il est possible que certains ordinateurs affichent le message "erreur clavier". Pour résoudre ce problème, redémarrez l'ordinateur et essayez de nouveau.
4/ -En utilisant les flèches de votre clavier, sélectionnez Mode sans échec dans le menu puis appuyez sur Entrée.

Puis te re-fait un SCAN MSNFix.

Autre manière :

Désactive les logiciels de protection (Antivirus, Antispywares) puis :

Télécharge Combofix sUBs : [url=http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe]combofix.exe[/url]
et sauvegarde le sur ton bureau et pas ailleurs!

Double-clic sur combofix, Il va te poser une question, réponds par la touche 1 et entrée pour valider.
Attends que combofix ait terminé, un rapport sera créé. Poste le rapport.

Copie/colle un nouveau rapport HiJackThis avec.

Re,

Fais ceci :

Clique sur ce lien :
http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe
pour télécharger navilog1.exe.

Choisis Enregistrer

et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.

Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.
Une fois l'installation terminée, le fix s'exécutera automatiquement.
(Si ce n'est pas le cas, double-clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau).

Laisse-toi guider. Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valides.
(ne fais pas le choix 2,3 ou 4 sans notre avis/accord)

Patiente jusqu'au message :
*** Analyse Termine le ..... ***
Appuie sur une touche comme demandé, le blocnote va s'ouvrir.
Copie-colle l'intégralité du rapport dans ta réponse. Referme le blocnote.
Le rapport est en outre sauvegardé à la racine du disque (fixnavi.txt)

On va attaquer autrement :

AVG antispyware

->Relance AVG AS -> "Analyse" ->"Paramètres"

Sous la question "Comment réagir ?" :

-> clique sur "Actions recommandées" et choisis "Quarantaines"
-> Re-clique sur l'onglet "Analyse" puis réalise une "Analyse complète du système"

Si un fichier est infecté en fin d'analyse

->Clique sur "Appliquer toutes les actions "

->Clique sur "Enregistrer le rapport" puis sur "Enregistrer le rapport sous".

->Enregistre ce fichier texte sur ton bureau ensuite colle le rapport ici

Voilà !

Tu as fait la manipulation que je t'ai indiqué dans le lien ?

(SI TU N'AS PAS FAIT LA MANIP INDIQUE DANS LE LIEN, fais-la)

Si oui, ensuite tu feras cette manip :

Télécharge SDFix (créé par AndyManchesta) et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.
http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe
Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l'extraire dans un dossier dédié sur le Bureau. Redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec en suivant la procédure que voici :
• Redémarre ton ordinateur
• Après avoir entendu l'ordinateur biper lors du démarrage, mais avant que l'icône Windows apparaisse, tapote la touche F8 (une pression par seconde).
• A la place du chargement normal de Windows, un menu avec différentes options devrait apparaître.
• Choisis la première option, pour exécuter Windows en mode sans échec, puis appuie sur "Entrée".
• Choisis ton compte.
Déroule la liste des instructions ci-dessous :
• Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur RunThis.cmd pour lancer le scrïpt.
• Appuie sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage.
• Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer.
• Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.
• Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.
• Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished.
• Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du scrïpt et charger les icônes de ton Bureau.
• Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt.

Car tu as encore des restes d'infection dans le registre et grâce à ce logiciel, il va pouvoir supprimer les restes d'infection.

Maintenant on va peaufiner ! :

AVG antispyware

https://www.01net.com/telecharger/

Tuto :
https://www.pcparadise.fr

->Relance AVG AS -> "Analyse" ->"Paramètres"

Sous la question "Comment réagir ?" :

-> clique sur "Actions recommandées" et choisis "Quarantaines"
-> Re-clique sur l'onglet "Analyse" puis réalise une "Analyse complète du système"

Si un fichier est infecté en fin d'analyse

->Clique sur "Appliquer toutes les actions "

->Clique sur "Enregistrer le rapport" puis sur "Enregistrer le rapport sous".

->Enregistre ce fichier texte sur ton bureau ensuite colle le rapport ici

Après avoir fait l'analyse AVG A-S, que tu vas me poster, tu continueras avec ça :

¤Désactive ta restauration système (uniquement si tu es sous XP):
Clic droit sur poste de travail puis,
propriété, tu cliques sur onglet restauration système
tu coches la case « désactiver la restauration » et applique.

Redémarre ton ordinateur
Puis,

¤Réactive ta restauration système (uniquement si tu es sous XP):

Maintenant juste une dernière petite chose !

Télécharge « clean.zip »
http://www.malekal.com/download/clean.zip
•- Décompresse-le sur ton bureau (clic droit / extraire tout), tu dois obtenir un dossier dénommé "clean ".

•- Redémarre en mode sans échec. ( note bien ce que tu as à faire ).
•- Ouvre le dossier « clean » qui se trouve sur ton bureau.
•- Double-clic sur « clean.cmd ».
Une fenêtre noire va apparaître, choisis l’option 2.

Clean va travailler.
•- Redémarre normalement
•- Poste qui se trouve ici C:\rapport_clean.txt.

(- Où est le rapport clean ? : « Poste de travail » / double clic sur disque « C / » double-clic sur « rapport_clean.txt » et « copier/coller le contenu » sur le forum. )

Encore un dernier truc !

Télécharge ToolsCleaner de A.Roshtein sur ton Bureau.

http://pagesperso-orange.fr/AceRothstein/ToolsCleaner2.exe

Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer.

Clique, sur Suppression pour finaliser.

Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives.

Clique sur Quitter, pour que le rapport puisse se créer.

Poste moi le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur( C:\).
