La totale abebot/trojan/spyware/virus

Bonjour,je suis dans le trouble grave, je suis au travail et mon ordinateur déraille complètement.

s.v.p. j'ai besoin d'un coup de main et c'est urgent. J'ai installé ces logiciels (spybor/ad aware/asquarred/trojan remover/kaspersky) et les ai tous utilisés à plusieurs reprises et ça ne règle pas mes problèmes. Dès que je redémarre tout recommence, j'ai tenté de démarrer en mode sans échec et de tout re-scanner et rien à faire. je poste le log de hijack this.
