Question

Bonjour,
Je galère depuis deux jour pour faire les manips comme indiqué par les membres mais je galère.
Je vous met un rapport a analyser s'il vous plait je n'y comprends plus rien!

désolé je suis là depuis peu alors je sais pas comment on fait.
Mais si tu peu me dire en deux mots ton soucis j'aurai peu etre la solution.

Tu vois mon nom au dessus des messages clic sur la tête à coté de mon nom et tu vas voir il y a un post avec mes messages qui s'appelle avis d'un expert demandé clic dessus et tu vas comprendre c'est trop long de t'expliquer il y a eu trop de manipulation.

Bon il y à quand même quelques soucis :-)

Les problèmes sont:


SUR INTERNET EXPLORER
-page d'accueil orange illisible, écriture sont les unes sur les autres. 
-fait planter le pc.

Et avec mozilla nickel mais c'est bizare avant avec internet explorer ça marchait très bien.

télécharge http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe 
sur ton Bureau. 
Double clique sur combofix.exe afin de le lancer. 
Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan. 
Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Poste ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

si c'est le cas il se trouve dans "C"  combofix.txt  envoi le moi sinon on passe à autre chose.

ok très bien 
télécharge http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe
Enregistre le sur ton le bureau. 
 
Lance le. 
Fais install afin qu’il puisse s’extraire.   
  
Redémarre en mode sans échec  
/!\ Ne jamais démarrer en mode sans échec via MSCONFIG /!\ 
  
Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\  
Double clique sur RunThis.bat .  (L’extension bat peut ne pas apparaître)  
Appuie sur Y pour le lancer. 
 
Il te sera demandé d'appuyer sur une touche pour redemarrer , fais le 
Il est probable que le redémarrage soit un peu plus long que d’habitude. 
Une fois l’apparition de ton Bureau, il affichera Finished 
 
Appuie sur une touche. 
 
Un rapport est généré , poste le dans ta réponse. 
Il se trouve également. dans le dossier  SDFix  >Report

a-squared free qui est un très bon anti spyware et malware .
met le à jour et fait une analyse complète de ton ordinateur .
En fin d'analyse il te demandera de supprimé toutes les menaces . Fait le . Il te proposera également un rapport.
Tu me l'enverra.
Ce logiciel est très efficace tu peux l'utiliser assez souvent sans oublier de faire les mises à jour elle sont à faire manuellement.

installe bien a-squared free et fait l'analyse .
ensuite tu vas dans panneau de configuration ajout suppression programme et désinstalle internet explorer.
ensuite tu le réinstalle voici le lien

en bas à gauche tu séléctionne ton système d'exploitation toi c'est xp sp2
en bas à droite le pays et tu le télécharge.

ne t'inquiète pas pour combofix

installe le sur ton bureau et fait recherche, patiente une fois finit la recherche tu fais suppression .
Ce petit logiciel va servir à supprimer tout les outils utiliser lors de la désinfection.
Ensuite il te suffira de le supprimé à son tour .
