Win 32 sur mon pc qui revient tout le tempsRésolu/Fermé

Question

Salut à tous,

Depuis quelques jours, j'ai une alerte qui revient sans cesse sur mon portable :(
Je suis sous vista avec Avast comme antivirus, et je n'ai pas de pare feu car je suis derrière un routeur netgear DG834n.
Je n'ai rien installé récemment, aucune idée d'où peut venir le problème, mais aléatoirement le virus "Win32:Delf-HWS" est détecté par avast.
J'ai essayé de le supprimer en désactivant la restauration système, démarrage en mode sans échec, mais il revient quand même...
A l'aide... !!!

Colle un Log hijackthis :

télécharge HijackThis ici : 
http://telechargement.zebulon.fr/138-hijackthis-1991.html 

 Dézippe  le dans un dossier 
Par exemple C:\hijackthis < Enregistre le bien dans c:\

Lance le puis: 
clique sur  "do a system scan and save logfile"  
faire un copier coller du log et le poster sur le forum

Voilà c'est fait !
Par contre quand avast a détecté les virus, j'ai fait "supprimer".
Donc là j'ai pas l'impression qu'on les voit ????

Salut,

Clean.zip

Télécharge sur ton bureau : http://www.malekal.com/download/clean.zip 

Une fois sur le bureau, tu fais un clic droit sur ton fichier clean.zip et dans le menu déroulant, tu clics sur extrait tout ou extraire ici. 
Cela va créer un dossier clean. 
Double-clic sur ce dossier clean, tu y trouveras dedans plusieurs fichiers. 
Double-clic sur clean. Cela va ouvrir une fenêtre noire. 
Un menu va apparaître, choisis l'option 1 en appuyant sur la touche 1 de ton clavier. 
Clean va travailler. (ça peut etre un peu long)
Un rapport va etre généré, colle le contenu entier ici. 
« Poste de travail » / double clic sur disque « C / » double-clic sur « rapport_clean.txt » et « copier/coller le contenu » sur le forum. )

SmitFraudFix :

Télécharger SmitFraudFix (merci à S!Ri pour ce petit programme) ici : 

http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.zip 

L'exécuter, puis double-cliquer sur Smitfraudfix.cmd 
Choisir l’option 1, il va générer un rapport 
Copier-coller ce dernier dans un message sur le forum

Re,

Ton Hijackthis est mal placé aussi il est (actuellement sur le bureau)
Déplace le dossier HijackThis dans C:\
Ouvre le poste de travail
Rentre dans C:\ puis déplace le.
Et quand tu l'executeras, tu le feras a partir de C:\Hijackthis\HijackThis.exe

Refait un scan avec SmitFraudFix
Ton rapport n'est pas complet.
Essaye de reposter un rapport complet.

Ensuite tu Clique sur parcourir, tu recherche ce fichier :

Télécharger sur le bureau :

= Double-clic SDFix. 
= Clic Install 

= Redémarrer en mode Sans Échec (le démarrage peut prendre plusieurs minutes).
Attention, pas d’accès à internet dans ce mode. Enregistrer ou imprimer les consignes. 

Pour démarrer en mode sans échec : 

1/ -Démarrez Windows, ou s’il s’exécute, fermez Windows puis éteignez l'ordinateur. 
2/ -Redémarrez l’ordinateur.
3/ -Au début du chargement du BIOS (mais pas trop tôt), commencez à appuyer sur la touche F8 de votre clavier plusieurs fois de suite. Procédez ainsi jusqu'à ce que le menu des options avancées de Windows apparaissent.
4/ -En utilisant les flèches de votre clavier, sélectionnez "Mode sans échec" dans le menu puis appuyez sur Entrée.

Une fois sous windows :

= Double-clic SDFix. 
= Clic Install 
= Double-clic sur le nouveau dossier SDFix qui est dans C:\ 
= Double-clic RunThis 
= Presser Y 
= A l’invitation ==> appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer 
= Redémarrage ( qui sera plus long ,car nettoyage en cours ) 
Continuer si un message d’erreurs apparaît ,dans ce cas aller directement au rapport dans SDfix 
= apparition de Finished 
= Appuyer sur une touche 
= Dans SDFix , un rapport est généré, Report.txt
= Copier/Coller sur le forum.

Je comprends pas du tout.

Ce fameux fichier gxavqd, je ne le trouve pas dans c\windows\system32 !!! J'ai même fait "afficher les fichiers cachés" et il n'apparait pas !
J'ai utilisé la fonction "recherche", et il n'apparait pas non plus !

Pour sdfix, je comprends rien non plus...
Je suis en mode sans echec, je double clique "runthis.bat", une fenêtre s'ouvre une fraction de seconde puis plus rien...
J'ai reessayé en mode normal, là oui la fenêtre reste...

J'ai bien suivi tout ce qui est écrit pourtant.....

C'est déjà arrivé tout ça ???????

Télécharger et Install Navilog1 sur le bureau :

Alors pour navilog : je tape F et entrée, il y a encore plein de fois "accès refusé".
La fenêtre me dit : impossible de trouver le fichier script c getpaths.vbs, puis ensuite une fenêtre vista "gethpaths.exe a cessé de fonctionner"

Non, aucun des 2 programmes n'apparait dans la suppression de programmes.
Il y a bien ATK generic function service qui ressemble à ATKGFNEX ???? Mais ça a l'air d'être un programme fourni par Asus.... Sinon le mot exact rien, nada, ni de loin ni de près :(:(:(:(

Salut!!! juste pour dire, j'aimais beaucoup avast personal... jusqu' a ce que je prenne comme toi un win 32 qui revenait souvent... j'avais beau le supprimer mais avast n'y faisait rien... meme en mode sans echec...
J'ai donc installé kaspersky, en version essai... 90 virus supprimés... Je vais donc sortir 40 euros... car la tranquilité en vaut vraimen la peine...

J'ai kaspersky internet security sur mon pc fixe, dont j'ai payé la licence, mais je n'ai le droit de l'installer que sur un...
Ceci dit, avant j'avais zone alarm d'un coté comme pare feu et kaspersky comme antivirus, j'en ai eu tellement marre que j'avais reformaté le fixe !
Mais j'ai vraiment pas envie de faire ça sur le portable...:(

Utilise Internet Explorer
accepte l'active X
la barre anti pop-up du SP2 (en haut) se met à clignoter, clic dessus et choisis "accepter l'active X"

- Une fois terminé, Dans l'onglet "Problèmes détectés"

Dans ce cas on va changer de méthode, 

Tu va désinstaller Avast et installer Antivir.

Pour Désinstaller Avast :

Pour installer Antivir : 

Ouvre ce lien:  http://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telecharger 55 antivir , télécharge Antivir et installe le. 

Lance Antivir, fais les mises à jours, puis lance un scan (si des virus sont découverts, mets les en quarantaine. Si tu ne peux pas alors supprime les). 
A la fin du scan clique sur 'report', enregistre ce rapport sur le bureau (fichier => enregistrer sous), puis fait un copier/coller de ce rapport dans ton prochain message.

C'est bon, avast est désnstallé, et antivir est installé.
Par contre je n'arrive pas à lui faire faire une mise à jour, et dans l'onglet "guard" il est visiblement en train de scanner, start update ne fait rien du tout quand je clique !
J'attends la fin dans l'onglet "guard" j'imagine ???

Il me dit que navilog est un programme "malveillant", j'ai fait "ignorer".
Par contre quand je clique sur start update, rien ne se passe pour la définition des virus....lepointeur réfléchit qques secondes, puis plus rien :(:(:(

- Sous Démonstration en ligne, on t'explique la marche à suivre, et pour lancer le scan il faut sélectionner < Exécuter l'analyse en ligne >.
Le scan ne marche que sous Internet Explorer.
- On va te demander de télécharger un contôle active x, accepte .
- Dans le menu Choisissez la cible de l'analyse, sélectionne Poste de travail. Le scan va commencer.
- Poste le rapport qui sera généré stp.
S'il y a un problème, assure toi que les contrôles active x sont bien configurés dans les options internet comme décrit sur ce lien : http://www.inoculer.com/activex.php3
Rappel : le scan est à faire sous Internet Explorer

J'ai trouvé la solution par une rerche google, c'est un bug vista....
J'ai installé une clé de registre et ça a marché.
Là j'ai lancé un scan, il a déjà trouvé 3 virus, le dernier que je vois est WORM/rbot.81008.27
Je vais attendre la fin du scan qui m'a l'air longue, par contre mon portable ne se connecte plus au net via wifi visiblement....l'icone réseau reste définitivement barrée !

Salut !

Ca a été un peu la panique.
En fait sans doute un bug vista / antivir...
J'ai désinstallé antivir, et tout est rentré dans l'ordre.
J'ai refait un log hijackthis, tout est revenu....:(:(:(:(:(:(
Du coup j'ai installé la version d'évaluation de kaspersky qui est compatible vista.
Il a fait un scan toute la nuit, il m'a trouvé pas mal de choses nouvelles, mais visiblement ça ne revient plus.
Je te fais un log hijackthis et le rapport de kaspersky en rentrant à la maison !
C'est une horreur ce truc...

Ok, trés bien pour Kapersky, je comprend pas pourquoi Antivir serai la source des problèmes, il est pourtant compatible Vista.

Redémarre en mode sans echec :

Pour démarrer en mode sans échec : 

1/ -Démarrez Windows, ou s’il s’exécute, fermez Windows puis éteignez l'ordinateur. 
2/ -Redémarrez l’ordinateur.
3/ -Au début du chargement du BIOS (mais pas trop tôt), commencez à appuyer sur la touche F8 de votre clavier plusieurs fois de suite. Procédez ainsi jusqu'à ce que le menu des options avancées de Windows apparaissent.
4/ -En utilisant les flèches de votre clavier, sélectionnez "Mode sans échec" dans le menu puis appuyez sur Entrée.

ça c'est la raison pour laquelle ton wifi ne marche plus :

Va falloir que tu réinstalle le wifi je pense.

Routing et perfs nous ont quitter bonne nouvelle :)
Tu va pouvoir fixer ces lignes :

Fixe les lignes dans Hijackthis :

Relance HijackThis, choisis  "do a scan only"  coche la case devant les lignes ci-dessous et clic en bas sur "fix checked".

Télécharger et installer CCleaner.

Clique sur Options, Avancé et décoche la case "Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier Temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures". 
Ne touche pas aux autres réglages. 
(lance un nettoyage et répare 3 fois les erreurs) sans installer la barre yahoo 
va dans l'onglet Registre, puis lance "chercher des erreurs" puis corrige les.

En fait depuis que j'ai désinstallé antivir, tout refonctionne, wifi, etc... ;)
J'ai bien suivi toute la procédure, par contre kaspersky a retrouvé ndt2 ou un truc comme ça :(:(:(
Je viens de me rendre compte que je ne peux plus lire de vidéo avec WMP : j'ai le son mais pas l'image...

pour ça fais cette manip : 

- Clique Droit sur "Ordinateur" sur le bureau
- Gérer
- Services et Applications
- Services
- Clic droit sur le service cité - 
- propriétés 
- et dans "type de démarrage" et mets le sur « désactivé ». 
- Ensuite si le "Status du service" est sur "Démarré" faire : « arrêté »

Suis bien toutes les étapes, n'en saute pas c'est important.


ComboFix :

Télécharge combofix.exe(par sUBs) sur ton Bureau : 

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe 

* Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.
* Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix, la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, qui peuvent géner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil. 



Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe. 

- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc. 

/!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes. /!\

- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redemarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire. 

- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt) 

* Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet. 

* Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message.

Quand j'ai relancé kaspersky, j'ai eu ça : 
non trouvé : virus Heur.Invader (modification)	Le fichier: c:\users\michael\desktop\combofix.exe//PE_Patch.UPX/327882R2FWJFW\catchme.cfexe//PE_Patch.UPX

Sinon pour le rapport, il s'agit de log.txt qui s'est ouvert, dans le dossier combofix il n'y a rien !!!

1/ -Démarrez Windows, ou s’il s’exécute, fermez Windows puis éteignez l'ordinateur. 
2/ -Redémarrez l’ordinateur.
3/ -Au début du chargement du BIOS (mais pas trop tôt), commencez à appuyer sur la touche F8 de votre clavier plusieurs fois de suite. Procédez ainsi jusqu'à ce que le menu des options avancées de Windows apparaissent.
4/ -En utilisant les flèches de votre clavier, sélectionnez "Mode sans échec" dans le menu puis appuyez sur Entrée.

ComboFix n'est pas un virus, meme si certain antivirus detecte les Fix comme des virus.
J'essaye de trouver une solution la pour les .sys qui sont inexistant... 
mais faut etre sur qu'ils sont plus du tous la.

On va faire un AVG Anti-Rootkit.

Une fois téléchargé, installe le.
à la fin de l'installation, redémarrer.
Aprés redémarrage, le lancer
puis : Search for rootkit

(ne pas utiliser ou lancer de programmes pendant le scan)

Une fois terminé, cocher les cases à gauche des fichiers.
Au messages d'alerte, cliquer 'yes' puis redémarrer

Normalement, les fichiers .sys ont étaient supprimés.

Excepté le message de "catch.exe"trouvé dans OTmoveit, plus aucune alerte !!!!
Est ce que tu penses que nos diverses manipes sont la cause de mon lecteur windows media qui ne fonctionne plus (son mais pas d'image) alors que je lisais tout jusque là ???

Pour WMP, j'ai pas de menu de désinstallation, et en plus j'ai pas le fichier pour le réinstaller non plus.
Je suis allé sur le site de microsoft, j'ai téléchargé la dernière version, et il me dit que celle installée est plus récente que celle que je télécharge !!!!

Pour Windows Media Player,
Essaye de télécharger puis installer celui la :

Pour le trojan trouvé :

Télécharge ToolsCleaner de A.Roshtein sur ton Bureau. 

* http://a-rothstein.changelog.fr/TC/ToolsCleaner2.exe 

* Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer. 
* Clique, sur Suppression pour finaliser. 
* Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives. 
* Clique sur Quitter, pour que le rapport puisse se créer. 
* Poste moi le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur( C:\).

Je ne sais pas si c'est encore lié à Vista, mais quand je démarre Toolscleaner, il marque "recherche" puis plus rien ne se passe, et dans la barre, il y a marqué "ne répond pas" !
Déjà je peux peut être le supprimer le OTmoveit.exe ???

Pour le WMP téléchargé, il ne veut pas s'exécuter pour "problème de compatibilité, cette version n'est pas compatible"...

Pour trouver la source du problème de son, télécharge et installe VLC :

Une fois installé, test une video.

Essaye cette version de windows media player :

Tu peux supprimer le ToolsCleaner, il a fait son travail, et si malgrés ça, 
il reste un combofix.exe sur le bureau, supprimer le manuellement.

J'ai supprimé combofix manuellement, et plus d'alerte :)

Sinon, avec VLC, j'ai le son et l'image, aucun souci :)
Par contre dans WMP toujours que le son, pas d'image.
J'ai téléchargé le WMP de ton lien, c'est celui que j'avais déjà pris sur le site de microsoft, et vista me dit "que la version installée est plus récente"..donc il ne veut pas s'installer ni "réparer" ma version bien sûr !!!

C'est un pack Codec qui te permet d'avoir tous les derniers codec utilisé.
Peut etre que tu retrouvera le son sous WMP.

C'est pas le son, c'est l'image que j'ai pas ;)
Et sur les mêmes fichiers il y a encore quelques jours il n'y avait aucun problème...
J'ai installé le pack de codecs et redémarré le portable, et ça n'a rien changé :(
