Question

Bonjour,

Depuis environ 2 jours des fenetres pop-up s'ouvrent intempestivement ( dont une à pour titre centre de sécurité windows, et me disant que je suis infesté, le but est de me vendre un antivirus, biensur ). Un virus a été détecté, je sne sais pas par quoi commencer pour me debarraser de ce probleme. je joint le rapport antivir si ca peut aider plus un hijackthis.
Merci de m'apporter votre lumiere.

Fais un clic droit sur ce lien : (IL-MAFIOSO)
http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe 
Enregistrer la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau. 
Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation. 
Une fois l'installation terminée, le fix s'exécutera automatiquement. 
(Si ce n'est pas le cas, double-clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau). 

Laisse-toi guider. Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valides. 
(ne fais pas le choix 2,3 ou 4 sans notre avis/accord) 

Patiente jusqu'au message : 
*** Analyse Termine le ..... *** 
Appuie sur une touche comme demandé, le blocnote va s'ouvrir. 
Copie-colle l'intégralité dans une réponse. Referme le blocnote. 
Le rapport est en outre sauvegardé à la racine du disque (fixnavi.txt)

Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection):

- Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration
- Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
- Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.

Télécharge maintenant Navilog1 depuis-ce lien :

http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe

la suite :

Veille à ce que le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (UAC) soit désactivé.
Fais un Clic-droit sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur ton bureau et choisis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur".

Au menu principal, Fais le choix 2
Laisse toi guider et patiente.
Le fix va t'informer qu'il va alors redémarrer ton PC
Ferme toutes les fenêtres ouvertes et enregistre tes documents personnels ouverts
Appuie sur une touche comme demandé.
(si ton Pc ne redémarre pas automatiquement, fais-le toi-même)
Au redémarrage de ton PC, choisis ta session habituelle si nécessaire.
Patiente jusqu'au message :
*** Nettoyage Termine le ..... ***
Le blocnote va s'ouvrir.
Sauvegarde le rapport de manière à le retrouver
Referme le blocnote. Ton bureau va réapparaître
Réactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (UAC)

PS:Si ton bureau ne réapparaît pas, fais CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le gestionnaire de tâches.
Puis rends-toi à l'onglet "processus". Clique en haut à gauche sur fichiers et choisis "exécuter"
Tape explorer et valide. Cela te fera apparaître ton bureau

post le rapport

Quand nous aurons réglé ce probleme il faudra que je te demande quelque chose concernant les mises à jours windows,  et quelque chose concernant des segments d'enregistrement illisibles... Si tu es d'accord ?!!

supprime navilog, il a bien fait son travail ;-)

et passe ceci :

Télécharge Clean:

-> http://www.malekal.com/download/clean.zip

-> Dézippe tout le contenu dans un dossier que tu auras cré au préalable (sur ton bureau par exemple). Double clic sur clean ou clean.cmd choisie l'option 1.
   
   Un rapport va s'ouvrir, copie et colle le contenu sur le forum.

tu n´as pas de par feu :

instales celui ci :

puis

appuie simultanement sur la touche windows a droit de la barre d´espace (drapeau windows) et sur "e" ->une fois dans le post de travail click sur le disk c > program files >java ouvre le fichier java et click sur le fichier jre1.6.0 pour l´ouvrir puis ouvre le fichier bin et dedans tu recherche ceci : jucheck.exe tu double click dessus et effectue la mise a jour de java> tu veux la version 1.6.0_03
une fois la mise a jour effectuée tu va dans ajoute/suppression de program et tu supprime toutes les autres update de java, il ne doit te rester que celle que tu viens de faire : 1.6.0_03

Salut G!rly !

Bon, petit souci. Une fois avoir doublecliqué sur jucheck il ne se passe absolumenrt rien. La mise à jour ne se fait pas, j ai vérifié en cliquant droit dessus puis propriété et ce n'est pas la version voulu. Pour ensuite supprimer les autres versions, comment je les reconnais. Il y en a une qui se nomme java runtime environnement 6 ( avec la tasse comme icone), c'est ca !!!!
Pour ce qui est du pare feu, j'ai déja installé Zone Alarm forcefield, depuis jeudi, quand j'ai lancé la discussion. J'attends de tes nouvelles.

Ok pour Java, c'est fait. Par contre, petit probleme de plantage tout à l'heure !!!! Puis il y a cette fenetre Flashgot qui revient souvent pour des mises à jour ou je ne sais quo i!!!!... Peux tu me dire stp sur quel forum je dois aller pour elucider ce probleme de mis à jour windows qui refuse de se faire.

En voulant me connecter sur internet une page s'est ouverte directement sur un site pour télecharger flashGot. Pourquoi, comment, j'en sais strictement rien !! Je ne sais meme pas à quoi ca sert.
Pour les mises à jour windows, j'ai un petit point d'interrogation qui apparait constament sur le bouton d'arret, si je clic dessus il me propose une mise à jour à faire ( toujours la meme ). Son petit nom : KB 943302 . Impossible de l'installer ( code message d'erreur 80070002 ). J'ai suivi la procédure pour régler ce problème mais je n'arrive pas à vider les fichiers Temp. En fait il se passe plein de trucs bizarres , meme Antivir et Spyware Doctor n'arrivent pas à faire leurs mises à jours. Et pendant que j'y suis il y a un fichier Temp dans windows que je n'arrive pas non plus à supprimer ( Isw Tmp : message je ne peux pas supprimer ce dossier car il est déja ouvert dans un autre programme ) trop galère !!! Rassure moi tu comprends ce qui se passe hein???? dit!!!!!! 
Bon voilà le topo, tu peux toujours abandonner si tu veux.....

voila ce que je trouve concernant flashgot:

FlashGot est une extension pour Firefox totalement invisible à l’utilisation, qui intercepte les téléchargements et les redirige vers l’un des gestionnaires de téléchargement installé sur le PC.

En un simple clic, vous allez pouvoir choisir de télécharger un lien, plusieurs liens choisis, ou tous les liens présents sur une page, en utilisant le plus populaire, léger des gestionnaires de téléchargement : FlashGot.

desinstale le pour le moment, dans firefox tu click sur outil > extentions dans la petite fenetre des extentions tu desinstale flashgot.

pour les fichiers temporaire fais ceci :

Ccleaner:

-> Télécharge Ccleaner (n'installe pas la barre d'outil Yahoo):

   http://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telechargement 168 ccleaner

-> L´installer.

-> Une fois installé et lancé :

   Dans la colonne de gauche, click sur :

   ->"erreurs" :

      Coches toutes les cases dans les propriétés du nettoyeur de l´onglet "windows" et "applications", puis click en bas sur "chercher des erreurs" une fois terminé, clic sur "reparer les erreurs", tu auras un message pour sauvegarder ta base de registre, tu click "oui" puis tu recommence jusqu'à ce qu'il ne trouve plus rien.
      
      ps : les sauvegardes que tu auras faites, pourront etre supprimées ulterieurement si tout va bien.

   ->"nettoyeur"
   
      quitte ton navigateur avant de le lancer, décoche la derniere case (Avancé si elle est cochée) puis click sur "lancer le nettoyage" qunand il aura terminé le scan click en bas a droite sur "lancer le nettoyage" et accepte par oui.

Ok pour Ccleaner et Spybot tout c'est passé normalement je crois. Par contre j'ai toujours ce fichier Isw Temp qui subsiste dans c:/windows/Temp , et la date de création de ce dossier de fichiers est le 19/01 à 00.20 ( l'heure à laquelle j'ai utilisé Navilog !!) y a t'il un rapport possible ? 
Antivir refuse toujours de se mettre à jour depuis le 15/01 et là le rapport, c'est que depuis cette date j'avais mes problèmes de fenetres pop-up qui ont commencé, d'ou la création de cette discussion. Les dates et l'apparition des problèmes  sont elles liées ?. 
Est-ce que un rapport hijackthis te serait utile? je t'en fait suivre un au  cas ou. Encore une fois j'espere qu'il n'y a rien de grave .... Merci encore à toi.

bon et bien on auras essayé au moins...

Télécharge OTMoveIt http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/oldtimer/OTMoveIt.exe (de Old_Timer) sur ton Bureau.
double-click sur OTMoveIt.exe pour le lancer.
copie la liste qui se trouve en citation ci-dessous,
et colle-la dans le cadre de gauche de OTMoveIt :Paste List of Files/Folders to be moved.

    Citation :
    
C:\Users\pccity\AppData\Local\Temp\NSIS_Install_WMP.exe

Click sur MoveIt! pour lancer la suppression.
le résultat apparaitra dans le cadre "Results".
click sur Exit pour fermer.
poste le rapport situé dans C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles.
Ps : il te sera peut-être demander de redémarrer le pc pour achever la suppression. Si c'est le cas accepte par Yes.

Salut G!rly !!
J'ai suivi tes instructions à la lettre; Je suiis donc  allé dans C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles. aprés Moveit . Là il y avait 2 dossiers  ( Nouveau Dossier et l'autre Program Files ) ces 2 là étaient vides et 1 Bloc-notes  (0124008_165952 )  avec ce contenu ci :
File/Folder C:\Users\pccity\AppData\Local\Temp\NSIS_Install_WMP.exe not found.
Pour Spyware j'ai trouvé ça... je n'ai selectionné que les traces aui présentaient un risque important, pour le reste je t'épargne les dizaines de tracking Cookies qui ont été nettoyé , si tu les veux je te les joints au prochain poste.
Encore merci pour ton aide. 
PS je suis allé faire un petit tour sur ton Myspace, ca déchire, surtout les photos animées plutot flippantes... J'aime beaucoup !

le probleme c´est que tu es sous vista et que la plupart ou pratiquement tous mes fix ne fonctionne pas sur cette plateforme ;-(

est ce que spyware doctor arrive a supprimer les infection, j´en doute mais?!

Tu le télécharges et tu le lances.
Il n'est pas utile de le mettre à jour, puisque tu auras la dernière base de données.
Tu cliques donc sur Commencer le scan.
Accepte l'analyse rapide par OK.
Cette dernière est assez rapide.
Ensuite tu coches devant Analyse complète. et tu cliques sur la flèche verte en dessous du logo Dr.Web.
A la fin tu cliques sur Tout sélectionner et tu choisis le bouton Quarantaine par mesure de sécurité.
Si tout va bien après une paire de jours d'utilisation du pc tu pourras vider cette quarantaine.
Cette version gratuite ne remplace pas un antivirus avec protection résidente, mais ne sert qu'à titre curatif.

Étape 1:

Télécharge eScan Antivirus Toolkit ici : http://www.spywareinfo.dk/download/mwav.exe
Sauvegarde-le sur ton Bureau.

Avant de lancer le programme, il faut le mettre à jour tel qu'indiqué à l'étape 2.

Étape 2:

Voici comment mettre l'outil à jour :

1.) Double-clique le fichier mwav.exe qui se trouve sur le Bureau ; dézippe les fichiers dans le nouveau dossier suggéré (C:\Kaspersky). Le programme va se lancer, et tu dois le quitter (clique sur "Exit" puis "Exit").

2.) Double-clique sur le Poste de travail puis double-clique sur le lecteur principal (habituellement C:\), double-clique sur le dossier Kaspersky ; ensuite, double-clique sur le fichier kavupd.exe. Tu verras maintenant une fenêtre DOS apparaître, et la mise à jour se complètera en quelques minutes.

3.) Lorsque la mise à jour sera complétée, tu verras "Press any key to continue" ; tape sur une touche pour continuer. Deux nouveaux répertoires (dossiers) ont été créés lors de la mise à jour (C:\Bases et C:\Downloads).

4.) Sélectionne/copie tous les fichiers présents dans le dossier C:\Downloads, puis colle-les dans le dossier C:\Kaspersky. Accepte à l'invite de remplacer les fichiers existants.

Ne pas lancer le scan tout de suite !

Étape 3:

Imprime ceci.

Redémarre en mode Sans Échec :

1) Redémarre ton PC.

2) Tapote la touche F8 (ou F5) immédiatement, juste après le "Bip"

3) Tu verras un écran avec options de démarrage apparaître

4) Choisi la première option : Sans Échec, et valide avec "Entrée"

5) Choisis ton compte régulier, et non Administrateur.

Étape 4:

Du mode Sans Échec, voici comment utiliser le programme :

1.) Pour lancer "eScan Antivirus Toolkit", trouve le fichier mwavscan.com situé dans le dossier C:\Kaspersky.

2.) Double-clique sur mwavscan.com ; l'interface d'eScan va apparaître à l'écran.

3.) Il est très important de bien cocher ces boîtes sous Scan Option : Memory, Registry, Startup Folders, System Folders, Services.

4.) Coche la boîte Drive, ce qui donne accès à une nouvelle boîte Drive (bouton rond) juste dessous ; coche ce bouton "Drive" (très important..), et tu verras une nouvelle boîte de navigation apparaître à la droite. Clique sur la petite flèche de cette boîte et choisi la lettre de ton disque dur, habituellement C:\.

5.) Juste au-dessous, assure-toi que Scan All Files est coché, et non Program Files.

6.) Clique sur Scan Clean et laisse l'outil vérifier tout le disque dur (ça peut être long..). Lorsque terminé, tu verras Scan Completed. Ne pas quitter tout de suite !

7.) Ouvre un nouveau fichier Bloc notes (clique sur "Démarrer" >> "Programmes" >>"Accessoires" >> "Bloc notes"), puis copie/colle tout le contenu de la fenêtre [b]Virus Log Information/b (la deuxième, au bas) dans le fichier texte, et sauvegarde le. eScan génère également un rapport complet dans le dossier C:\Kaspersky (nommé mwav.log), mais il est trop lourd pour poster sur le forum.

Ferme le programme. Redémarre ton PC en mode Normal. Poste (copie/colle) le rapport que tu as sauvegardé dans ta prochaine réponse.

Désolé d'avoir tardé pour la réponse.Voici donc le rapport du scan ToolKit... Il y a dans l'autre rapport généré mwav.log pas moins de 174 erreurs !!! Peux tu me dires quel genres d'erreurs c'est, et si elles sont réparables ? Je m'interesse de plus en plus  aux manip que tu me fais faire et j'aimerai savoir comment ca fonctionne tout ca !!!!

Non !! Rien d'autre que le contenu de la fenetre [b].Ce sont seulement ces 2 fichiers que je t'ai posté précédemment. Il reste par contre l'autre rapport nwav.log, mais il est apparemmnent trop lourd pour pouvoir etre posté ici !!
Comment se fait il que dans le rapport Dr Web, ZA apparait ainsi que Smitfraud qu'on avait utilisé ensemble lors de mon premier sauvetage...

Mon problème de fenetre intempestive "centre de sécurité" a disparu, c'est cool ! ;-) 
Suis je bien désinfecté ?
Par contre, sans vouloir abuser de ton temps peux tu me dires quelle est la solution pour que Update  Antivir fonctionne à nouveau.
ZA est il actif ? Dois je le désinstaller pour le réinstaller afin de le configurer correctement ??
Et une dernière question, dois-je garder les outils installés Dr Web, OT moveIt, Norton Remov, Spybot Search, Smitfraud,Dezip ....

tu peux supprimer otmove it, dr web, norton removerm smitfraudfix, clean.zip garde psybot...

pour verifier que zone alarm est actif va dans le centre de securité > "Panneau de configuration" puis cliquer sur "Sécurité", puis sur "Centre de sécurité".

pour antivir, je ne comprends pas pourquoi il ne veux pas se mettre a jour, car tu as installé zone alarm apres l´avoir installé n´est -ce pas, alors ce n´est pas lui qui le bloc, peut etre le par feu de windows vista, mais il doit etre desactivé maintenant!!!

on a essayé ceci : https://www.commentcamarche.net/list 8622 mise a jour d antivir impossible mais ca n´as pas marché ;-(

il  ya une maniere de le mettre a jour manuellement mais ce n´est pas une solution non plus...

Pour le par-feu c'est celui de windows qui est actif !!! ZA n'apparait meme pas dans le centre de sécurité.....
Pour la mise à jour de Antivir, quand je lance la mise à jour il commence puis avorte  avant meme la connection. J'aimerai etre sur de la protection de mon pc, je ne suis pas trés confiant...

Désolé d'avoir tardé, j'ai pris quelques jours de vacances je n'ai pas pu m'en occuper plus tot. J'espere que tu auras ce message.
