Bonjour,

j'arrive plus à télécharger les fichiers joints a mes mails, à savoir les fichiers excell, word, PP oui autres.

S'il ne s'agit pas de ton FAI, ce dont je doute il faut FIXER les 2 lignes suivantes :

La ligne qui suit est un active X qui est néfaste, regarde si tu connais le site mais de toutes façon je te conseille de FIXER cette ligne

Pour fixer ces lignes tu te rapporte au tuto si tu rencontres un problème demande moi.

2/ Tu n'as pa dû utiliser CCleaner car AVG t'a trouver un série de cookies. Les as tu supprimés?
De toutes façons il faut refaire un scan AVG et tout supprimer.

3/ Il faut impérativement installer un antivirus.

4/ Comme tu n'as pas activé un antivirus il faut asolument refaire un scan BitDefender en ligne.
Dans le scan précédent il a détecté et éliminé 2 virus et 6 fichiers infectés.

5/ Après avoir fait ce qui précède refais un scan HijackThis et poste moi tes 3 rapports faits dans l'ordre.

Maintenant que ta demande se trouve dans le bon forum, tu devrais donner un peu plus de détails. Quelle est ta messagerie? Depuis quand rencontres tu ce problème? As tu téléchargé récemment un nouveau logiciel ou une barre d'outils? Comment procèdes tu pour enregsitrer les pièces jointes? As tu installé un nouvel antivirus ou un nouveau parefeu ou as tu modifié les paramètres de ton antivirus ou de ton parefeu?
Pour te venir en aide on a besoin de savoir?

Bonjour hubertaaz;

Ben ce problème persiste deuis 01mois, et à cause de sa g du réinstallé windows pour peut etre résoudre le problème mais sa na a rien changé. actuellment mon ordi est sans protection, je n'ai installé aucun antivirus ou pare feu, et j'utilise des boites yahoo et gmail pour recevoir ma messagerie et c'est  de la que j'essai en vain de télécharger mes pieces jointes. auparavent j'avais Avast 4 home,puis j'ai installé une version d'evaluation de kaspersky. Je n'ai installé aucune barre d'outils.

Bonjour,

Il est impératif de réinstaller un antivirus sur ton PC sinon tu cours au casse pipe. Même s'il n'est plus considéré comme le meilleur gratuit à l'heure actuelle et comme tu connais son utilisation je te conseille de réinstaller Avast. Pour le remplacer on avisera plus tard.

Ensuite je te recommande de faire ce qui est indiqué dans le lien ci-contre : http://www.commentcamarche.net/faq/sujet 3174 virus methode preliminaire de desinfection version fr

NB : en ce qui concerne CCleaner n'accepte pas la barre d'outils Yahoo ni les mises à jour automatiques.

J'attend que tu colles les 3 rapports ici soit ceux de AVG anti-spyware, BitDefender et HijackThis ( pour ce dernier veille à bien l'enregistrer su ton disque dur)

Les rapports sont bons.
Cette fois BitDefender n'a rien trouvé.

Les 2 lignes 017 que je mentionnais au poste 7 apparaîssent toujours dans le scan HijackThis, peut tu m'expliquer pourquoi tu ne les as pas fixées?

C'est difficile de suivre ce topic de façon sporadique et une chose m'avait échappée. Tu te souviens tu me disais ne pas avoir installé de barre d'outils et bien il y en a une. Tu devrais te souvenir si ça correspond au début de tes soucis. Sinon elle ne paraît pas nocive mais les barres d'outils donnent parfois des inconvénients bizarres. La voici :

Si tu souhaitais supprimer cette barre d'outils, il faut voir si elle se trouve dans Ajout/Suppression de Programmes et la supprimer par là. Sinon il faudra fixer ces 2 lignes et si le fichier subsiste supprimer le fichier en "mode sans échec"

En ce qui concerne CCleaner, essaye de voir s'il est désinstallé complètement et ensuite tu peux essayer de le réinstaller.
N'accepte toujours pas la barre d'outils de Yahoo.

PS : quoi que tu décides, tiens moi au courant et quand nous serons sûr qu'il n'y a plus d'infection, il y a 3 choses à faire absolument :
1/ désactiver la restauration système et ensuite la réactiver sur un point de restauration sain car l'infection pourrait revenir par un point de restauration infecté.
2/ mettre à jour Java car ta version est obsolète et est vulnérable aux infections (actuellement c'est la version 1.6.0.3)
3/ Installer une pare-feu digne de ce nom tel que Kerio ou ZoneAlarm (gratuits).

tous mes fichiers joints et meme quelques téléchargements internet se bloquent à 99% de leur téléchargement.
pour être honnete je suis une véritable quiche en informatique mais pour ce que j'ai pu comprendre du forum je vous l'envoie à la suite : le log et l'info

Bonjour carole31,

Comme je l'ai déjà mentionné plus haut à d'autres, le mieux était de créer ton propre sujet.

Cependant, au 1er coup d'œil, je remarque une infection sur ton pc et nous allons parer au plus pressé, on verra pour la suite si je dois t'envoyer vers le forum Virus/Sécurité.

Télécharge Toolbar S&D de la Team IDN sur ton bureau :  

https://forums.cnetfrance.fr/tutoriels-securite-informatique/181457-toolbar-s-d-telecharger-et-utiliser

•	Double-clique dessus pour lancer l'installation.
•	Accepte le contrat de licence.
•	Puis double-clique sur le raccourci Toolbar S&D présent sur ton bureau.
•	Sélectionne la langue souhaitée et valide par la touche entrée.
•	Choisis l'option 1 ( Recherche ).
•	Patiente jusqu'à la fin du scan.
•	Poste le rapport généré. ( C:\TB.txt )

Bonjour,

Il nous reste encore du boulot.

Fais ce qui suit :

1) Imprime ces instructions car il faudra fermer toutes les fenêtres et applications lors de l'installation et de l'analyse. 

2) Télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM) et enregistre le sur ton Bureau à partir de ce lien : 

http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe

3) A la fin du téléchargement, ferme toutes les fenêtres et programmes, y compris celui-ci. 

4) Double-clique sur l'icône Download_mbam-setup.exe sur ton bureau pour démarrer le programme d'installation. 

5) Pendant l'installation, suis les indications (en particulier le choix de la langue et l'autorisation d'accession à Internet). N'apporte aucune modification aux réglages par défaut et, en fin d'installation, vérifie que les options Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware et Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware sont cochées. 

6) MBAM démarrera automatiquement et enverra un message demandant à mettre à jour le programme avant de lancer une analyse. Comme MBAM se met automatiquement à jour en fin d'installation, clique sur OK pour fermer la boîte de dialogue. La fenêtre principale de MBAM s'affiche : 

7) Dans l'onglet analyse, vérifie que "Exécuter un examen complet" est coché et clique sur le bouton Rechercher pour démarrer l'analyse. 

8) MBAM analyse ton ordinateur. L'analyse peut prendre un certain temps. Il suffit de vérifier de temps en temps son avancement. 

9) A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche indiquant la fin de l'analyse. Clique sur OK pour poursuivre. 

10) Si des malwares ont été détectés, leur liste s'affiche. 
En cliquant sur Suppression (?) , MBAM va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine. 

11) MBAM va ouvrir le Bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse. Ferme le Bloc-notes. (Le rapport peut être retrouvé sous l'onglet Rapports/logs) 

12) Ferme MBAM en cliquant sur Quitter. 

13) Poste le rapport dans ta réponse

NB : pour l'instant évite de te servir de tes supports USB (Clé, DD externe etc.) car il y a aussi une infection USB dont on s'occupera aprèsl'utilisation de MBAM.

Comme je l'ai dit précédemment, il reste du boulot.

Si ce n'est fait redémarre le pc car dans les infections relevées par MBAM certaines ne se supprimeront qu'au reboot. Tu pourras ensuite supprimer tout ce qui se trouve dans la quarantaine de MBAM.

Ensuite : 

Télécharge et installe UsbFix de C_XX & Chiquitine29 : http://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telecharger-34066197-usbfix

Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptible d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir

# Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau .

# Choisie l' option 1 ( Recherche )

# Laisse travailler l'outil.

# Ensuite poste le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra.

# Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque. ( C:\UsbFix.txt )

( CTRL+A Pour tout sélectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller ) 

# Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool. 
         Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus. 
         Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus. 

Note : je dois m'absenter 2 à 3 heures, je reprend après 18 H.

On continue le ménage : 

Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptible d'avoir été infectées sans les ouvrir

# Fais un clic droit sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau et choisi Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur 

# Choisis l'option 2 ( Suppression )

# Ton bureau disparaitra et le pc redémarrera .

# Au redémarrage, UsbFix scannera ton pc, laisse travailler l'outil.

# Ensuite poste le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra avec le Bureau .

# Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé à la racine du disque.( C:\UsbFix.txt )

Ce n'est pas le bon rapport, celui que je désire est le rapport de suppression : option 2 du 4 décembre.
Il ne faut pas relancer UsbFix pour cela, regarde dans C:\UsbFix.txt

Dis moi aussi comment se comporte le pc.

pour le comportement de mon ordi il y a un problème dès que j'ouvre des pages internet une page s'affiche détection de boite de dialogue de services intéractifs. sinon je n'arrive toujours pas à ouvrir les fichiers joints

Tu postes chaque fois le même rapport.

Afin de voir s'il reste des infections, relance RSIT et poste-moi le rapport log.txt.

Bonsoir Carole,

Désolé pour le retard mais je suis très occupé à l'extérieur pour l'instant.

En ce qui concerne l'infection USB c'est Ok mais il reste des clés de registre infectées (infection Ask Toolbar).

Peux tu relancer Malwarebytes' => effectuer les "mises à jour" et ensuite lancer "un examen complet" => supprimer ce qu'il trouve et poster le rapport après suppression.

Je voudrais connaître les logiciels de sécurité actifs sur ton pc (antivirus et pare-feu).
