A TOUS CEUX QUI ONT UN PROBLEME SIMILAIRE :
A savoir, un téléphone qui ne démarre plus du tout même pas en recovery mode,
Téléchargez le firmware original et reflashez toutes les partitions avec.
Si votre téléphone fonctionne avec les slot, ça sera 'fastboot flash <partition>_a <image>' + 'fastboot flash <partition>_b <image>'.
Et si comme moi, une image ne passe pas car elle est trop grande, ajoutez le paramètre '-S <taille de découpage>' à fastboot. Par exemple, j'ai du taper pour la partition système A : 'fastboot flash -S 256M system_a system.img' et 'fastboot flash -S 256M system_b system.img'.
C'est grâce à ce dernier point que j'ai pu faire refonctionner mon téléphone !

EDIT : J'ai entre temps téléchargé ce qui semble être le firmware original du Fairphone 3 :

J'ai pu reflashé toutes les partitions du slot a et du slot b (sauf l'image système qui est trop lourde pour être envoyée) mais rien à faire, il ne veut toujours pas booter, ni en redémarrant, ni en tapant 'fastboot boot boot.img', ni en tapant 'fastboot boot twrp.img'. J'ai l'impression que le problème vient du bootloader.
