Bonjour à tous,

J'ai un problème avec mon PC.
Depuis l'installation de Windows 10 mon PC ne fonctionne plus correctement.
J'ai essayé de le restaurer comme il était à l'origine mais je n'ai pas pu.
Je voudrais retrouver ses fonctions d'origine ....

Bonjour.

Si la réinitialisation a échouer, effectuez une réinstallation clean via un ISO de Windows 10

A partir de >>> Réinstaller Windows 10 avec une clé USB ou un CD Windows 10 <<<

Gravez l'ISO directement à l'aide de Rufus comme indiqué. Cela évitera un éventuel bug de l'installation.

quel est le support que tu veux utiliser? (cle USB/DVD)?

ton pc était bien sous W10 initialement?

au début c'était Windows 7 et je suis passé à Windows 10
le support que je peux utiliser est USB
merci de prendre le temps de m'aider

Depuis l'installation de Windows 10 mon PC ne fonctionne plus correctement.

le pc est sous W10 d'origine, le site du constructeur donne uniquement les pilotes pour W10

supprime ton message précédent ou modifie le pour enlever ta cle de produit

ton pc n'est pas à jour.... fait les MAJ via Windows Update dans paramètres >> MAJ et sécurité

c'est pour ça qu'il ne fonctionne pas correctement

si tu ne peux pas installer W10 + les MAJ sur les 32 GO de ton DD, ton pc ne sera jamais à jour...

"Windows 10 a besoin de 16 Go pour système 32 bits ou 20 Go pour système 64 bits." sans les MAJ...

Si encore madouce 09 avait acheter ce modèle avec 64 Go il y aurait un peu moins de mal !

Ce qui me révolte c'est pourquoi mettre en vente du pareil matériel informatique alors qu 'assurément les constructeurs savent les défauts du stockage avec Windows 10 incorporé. Juste bon pour du Linux et encore . . .
