Problème de démarrage ubuntu - message erreur ata5.00

Bonjour,

J'ai récupéré le pc portable de ma cousine pour essayer de le réparer. Tout d'abord son OS est ubuntu. Donc je clique sur Ubuntu et là j'ai un écran noir. Je fais Ctrl + alt F7 ça ne fait rien. Et lorsque je fais Ctrl + alt + F4, j'ai ce message d'erreur :
