Quel antivirus est installé ?
Tu as des périéphériques USB connectés or clavier ou souris ?
Utilise Whocrashed : Telecharger WhoCrashed
=> Tutoriel WhoCrashed
Fais un copier/coller du contenu ici comme indiqué dans le tuto.
