Bonjour,

j'ai vraiment besoin d'aide sa fait 3 jours que je bloque sur un formulaire de contact je vous explique ma situation j' ai créer un site pour un client dont une page contact avec formulaire jusque la tout va bien le formulaire fonctionne car je reçoit les mail
la ou je bloque c'est dans le php car dans le mail que je reçoit je peut voir le nom du client l'adresse mail du client et le message par contre je ne reçoit pas le numero de telephone et sa situation pleaseeeeee aider moi je bloque

Bon dans un premier temps pour la partie correspondante à la "situation" dans ton html ton code est identifié par l'id unique = "subject", tu le reprend ensuite dans ton php en "subject" mais tu le transforme en $website par la suite (ligne 24 et 26) et par la suite tu refait appel à la valeur $subject mais qui n'existe pas car vide.

Ensuite à la ligne 60 tu appel :

<td><?php echo $subject; ?><?php echo $message; ?></td>

au lieu de :

<td><?php echo $message; ?><?php echo $message; ?></td>

déjà règle ceci et retest.

merci pour ta réponse mais c'est pas du tout sa le problème j'ai fait une petite modification sur le html pour les différentes situation option value="Auto école" value="Candidat libre"value="Remise a niveau"value="Auto école"value="Conduite accompagne" voici le code par contre je ne c'est pas l'appeler dans le php et j'ai également modifier le php mais sa change pas le problème deja peut être on peut commencer par essayer d' afficher le
numero de telephone car comme je te l'ai dit quand je remplis entièrement le formulaire je reçoit bien le mail avec

nom mechaly ( sa c'est bon )

telephone aucun telephone entrer ( la j'ai rentrer un numero mais je ne le reçoit pas)
