Mon Minecraft crash quand je lance un monde solo/serveur

• Bonjour/Bonsoir, quand je lance mon Minecraft et que je vais sur un monde solo ou un serveur, cela crash.

Et ça me le fait depuis un jour alors que ça ne me l'avais jamais fait auparavant.
Je ne sais pas trop pourquoi ça fait ça, je pense surtout que c'est dû à :
- Une incompatibilité avec mon java et ma carte graphique intel ou un mod incompatible qui fait crash Minecraft.
Je préviens que j'ai installé Java 8 Update 101, que j'ai une carte graphique intel et que j'utilise le mod " OptiFine ".
Je pense également que il y a quelque chose qui cloche avec ma carte graphique puisque quand je me connecte sur un monde solo/serveur, avant le crash, j'ai des gros bugs de chunks qui clignotent et après 5 secondes, Minecraft crash.

Je tiens à dire que mes VBO sont activés et que enableVsyinc est désactivé, j'ai également ma distance d'affichage qui est à 14 ( normale ), FPS max illimité, Smooth Lighting level 100%, je n'ai AUCUN shader bref en gros ça fait plus de 7 heures que je cherche une solution sur des forums. J'aimerais de l'aide car Minecraft est un jeu qui m'a toujours attiré. Et ce qui est le plus chiant, c'est que je ne pourrai plus jouer avec mes potes jusqu'à que je troue une solution.
