Minecraft Shaders Problème crash instant

Alors tout d'abord, bonjour à tous !
Je ne suis pas habituer à faire ce genre de demandes, donc veuillez m'excuser si celle-ci est mal formulé.
Alors comme vous aurez put le remarquez (ou peut-être pas) je joue au jeux Minecraft, le problème étant que je veux installer les Shaders, mais le problème c'est que quand je met le fichier ".jar" dans mon dossier "mods" et que je lance le jeux, celui ci ce ferme et me met un crash reports, voici : ---- Minecraft Crash Report ----
