Windows 8 to 8.1 upgrade issue 0×80070005 0x3000B

I'm having trouble updating to windows 8.1. At first I had error 0x80070004 but fixed it. So I can install it from the store. The issue arises as the installation is completing on restart. Around Applying settings 98 %, an error message appears that say the installation cannot be completed and to try again later. Windows 8 is restored to my system and on the desktop the error code in the title appears for reference. My computer manufacturer is HP ENVY-DV6 and I believe this model is compatible with Windows 8.1. Can I get some help here?
